Chapter 1 - Grand Opening!

I deleted my previous Isekai restaurant cause it feels boring and kinda copy of the Isekai Restaurant.

Though, it still has it's elements but I decide changes things.

Note, I don't know everything about the series I'll add but I'll my best.

It won't be limited to anime, I Intend to add Witcher, Game of thrones, Final fantasy, And World of Warcraft.

If yah have suggestions, feel free to tell me.

==========

I am not certain it's been 20 years since I came into this world. Never in my entire life would I expect that I'll be reborn again into a new life. Well, not like everyone expects the reincarnation I experienced.

I still retained my memories and how my past life was mundane at most. My father owned a local restaurant that taught me everything and became passionate about it. My mother helped the front end of the restaurant by serving the customers.

Frankly, when they passed away and I took care of the restaurant everything turned out great until a corrupt politician who had beef with my father decided to mess with me and ended up killing me. He made it appear like I killed myself after bankruptcy.

Though I died, I fought back and managed to bite into the politician's neck and kill him before I did.

Then after that boom! I woke up as a young noble boy, not just an ordinary but a Devil!? An actual devil!? Though, it isn't the type that most depict in media and appear more human except the ability to summon wings and demonic powers.

Not only that, I was not any actual devil but a bastard son of the brother of Lord Belial! I was a union between a Devil and a Human.

Though I was not well received by other devils, my family surely did care for me. My mother apparently became a reincarnated devil using a ritual called Evil Pieces becoming my father's pawn.

Okay enough about my past, now I'm looking at my restaurant "Devil's Feast." The place was bought with my own money and located in Kyoto because I like the quiet place of it. I feel like it's kinda cliché but the vibe of Kyoto always makes me happy. There's no other reason for it…

"You alright, son? You seem spaced out." I was busily cooking when my mind was brought out by a male Voice turning to see my father. He had long white hair and a Goatee, a fashion seem common devil.

He was the brother of Lord Belial and the one who assisted my uncle in managing the clan. The Belial clan is known for their ability called Worthless that allows them to disrupt their opponents abilities.

"If you're worried about what the elders think. Just ignore them and follow your passion." A woman's voice said and I turned to find a gorgeous young woman with brown hair sitting next to my father. This was my mother who was a former human before turning into a devil.

As half human, I was gifted with the blessing called Sacred Gear and it is called Envisionary, something that allows my imagination to become reality. Though, it has limits but due to my immense talent allowed me to become the youngest Ultimate Class close to Satan class. A Satan class is four individuals that represent the Devil Kings.

Due to this I was recognized and treated a lot better than before but they were all disappointed when they learned of my dream. Bro, I don't want to dabble in political crap! I only grew strong to not be bothered by them.

"I'm fine, Mom, Dad. There's nothing to worry about." I was reassured by placing the dish in front of them.

The steak was cooked to perfection, a prime cut of wagyu beef seared to achieve the ideal medium rare. The crust was a delicate, golden brown, seasoned with a blend of Himalayan pink salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and a hint of rosemary.

As my knife glided through the tender meat, the juices shimmered under the light, exuding a rich, buttery aroma that mingled tantalizingly with the spices.

The curry was a fusion of traditional Japanese and Indian styles, crafted with precision. I slow-cooked the base of caramelized onions, garlic, and ginger with a medley of spices, including cumin, coriander, and turmeric, creating a deep, flavorful foundation.

I incorporated fresh vegetables like eggplant, carrots, and potatoes, along with chunks of soft, marinated chicken. The curry had a vibrant golden hue, and the slight drizzle of cream on top added both visual appeal and a silky texture. A bowl of perfectly steamed Koshihikari rice accompanied it, the grains fluffy and aromatic.

For the wine, I selected a bottle of Château Margaux, a vintage befitting a noble devil family. Its velvety red liquid reflected the warm light of the dining area, and its bouquet carried subtle notes of blackberries, plums, and hints of oak. The wine's bold yet smooth flavor was a perfect pairing for the richness of the steak and the spiced complexity of the curry.

As I stepped back, I watched my parents' faces. My father leaned closer to inspect the steak before cutting into it with precision. My mother clasped her hands together as she admired the vibrant presentation of the curry.

"This smells amazing! It certainly beats your mother cooking." My father said taking a bite of the steak tasting the deep rich flavor that oozes out from every bite and chew. It was incredibly tender that it simply melted from his mouth.

"I hate to say it but I agree, son. I'm glad you follow your passion and we will measure that you'll keep this forever." My mother said cutting through the steak where it simply sliced through like it was tofu.

"I hope we weren't late to see you open." A voice was heard and I turned to face a stunning young woman wearing a kimono that showed her cleavage as her long blonde hair. She radiated a calm and welcoming demeanor as she smiled looking at me. She was followed by a little girl who appeared just like her but wore an attire similar to a Miko or shrine maiden.

"Yasaka-san! Kunou-chan! You're just in time. I'm not really expecting any customers just yet anyway."

I said welcoming them to my restaurant. I never planned to make my opening to be big and simply want people to come casually. I'm already rich and simply doing this because it is my passion.

I've never bothered to even use my Evil Pieces that I receive after becoming High Class Devil. Not like I'll be joining any rating game anyway.

That aside, the person before me was Yasaka, a benefactor of mine and someone I view as an Aunt. She had been helpful in setting up my restaurant, repaying my help when I kept her daughter safe. She was the leader of the West Youkai Faction in Kyoto.

I won't lie that I'm attracted to her and wanted to pursue her but didn't want to make things awkward between us especially her relationship with my mother.

Though, I find it problematic that as a Devil, I'm required to have a harem due to the low birthrate of devils. Being half human does increase my fertility but it is still small.

I recalled my ex who broke up with me for some reason. I wonder how she is doing. I did love her as much as I liked Yasaka but enough about my relationship with women.

"Nii-san! I smell something amazing! I like to eat your delicious food!" Kunou cutely said run towards me as she hugged me and returned it carrying her.

"Sure, what do you like, Kunou-chan?" I asked, looking at her thinking about what to eat while I heard Yasaka chatting with my parents.

"I'm happy to see you again, Kaida. Aeron." Yasaka greeted them and did the same. I didn't try to listen to their conversation and focus on Kunou.

"Can you make me an Omurice?" Kunou requested and I nodded, patting her head.

"Okay but first, have you been good?" I asked and she gleefully spoke.

"Yes! I've been studying hard and haven't slacking off like you said." Hearing this made me smile. I see Kunou as my little sister and will protect her at all costs!

Protect the Loli and never Lewd them!

"Fufufu~ you better believe it. She had been quite obedient ever since you told her you'll reward her if she did." Yasaka chimed in and I chuckled.

"That's great to hear. Well, wait here while I make the best Omurice!" I shouted in joy and she raised her hands giving a bright smile.

"Yehey! You're the best, Nii-san!" Kunou rubbed her face against mine and I simply smiled. I placed her down and headed to my kitchen making her an Omurice and went to my pantry. I'm still not used to this but I've never called for a supplier and it appears someone else is providing me with everything that I need, be it utensils or ingredients.

I've never bothered trying to solve it and simply went along with it because the items provided were top quality! Though, I avoid using the more exptic ingredients because it might ruin a person's palettes.

Once I got what I needed, I began to cook an omurice for Kunou. My hands moved instinctively, honed by years of practice and a passion for the culinary arts. I grabbed the freshest ingredients from my pantry: Koshihikari rice, eggs with golden yolks, and a few basic vegetables like onions, carrots, and peas. Even though I opted for simplicity, my skills would transform these humble ingredients into a dish fit for a princess—or, in this case, a precious little fox youkai.

I started by heating a pan and adding a knob of butter, letting it melt into a golden pool before tossing in finely diced onions. The sizzle filled the air, and soon, a rich, sweet aroma wafted out, blending with the earthy smell of carrots and peas as they sautéed together. I seasoned the vegetables with a pinch of salt and a light sprinkle of white pepper, their natural flavors enhanced but never overwhelmed.

Next, I added the rice, freshly steamed and fluffy, its natural fragrance heightened by the heat of the pan. As I stirred, the grains absorbed the butter and vegetables, their surfaces glistening under the soft kitchen light. A splash of soy sauce and a dollop of ketchup came next, their tangy and savory scents mingling and filling the room with a nostalgic warmth. The rice took on a vibrant orange hue, perfectly seasoned and infused with flavor.

Once the filling was done, I moved on to the egg. Cracking two eggs into a bowl, I whisked them gently with a touch of milk and a pinch of salt, creating a mixture as smooth as silk. I heated another pan, poured in the eggs, and swirled them around to form a thin, even layer. The eggs cooked quickly, their aroma rich and buttery, with a hint of creaminess that promised a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

With practiced ease, I spread the rice mixture onto the omelet and carefully folded the edges over, creating a plump, golden parcel. Sliding the omurice onto a plate, I finished it with a drizzle of ketchup, adding a playful smiley face for Kunou. The vibrant colors of the dish—golden yellow, warm orange, and bright red—created a visual feast.

As I carried the plate out, the enticing aroma of butter, eggs, and savory rice preceded me. Kunou's eyes sparkled as I placed the omurice in front of her.

"Wow! It smells so good, Nii-san!" She exclaimed, clapping her hands in excitement. She eagerly picked up her spoon and took a bite. Her face lit up as the flavors danced on her tongue—the softness of the egg, the tangy sweetness of the ketchup, and the umami-packed rice blending harmoniously.

"This is amazing! You're the best chef ever!" Kunou declared, her tails wagging enthusiastically.

Yasaka chuckled, watching her daughter eat with gusto.

"You've truly outdone yourself, Zyon. You could win over anyone with cooking like this."

I scratched the back of my head, embarrassed but pleased by the praise.

"It's nothing special. I just enjoy making people happy through food."

As Kunou continued to devour her omurice, I glanced at my parents and Yasaka, who were deep in conversation but occasionally shot me proud smiles.

"Come on, Trish! Couldn't we just order Pizza?" The doorbell rang and everyone turned to see my first customer! I saw a young man almost the same age as I do with white hair somewhat parted with his bangs brushed down. I kinda like his sense of style with the red jacket.

"No, you owe me this time. I want to eat something else and this place seems new." It was a stunning young woman that had lengthy, blond hair, blue eyes, and a very fair complexion. Her clothing consists of black leather pants, high-heeled boots, a corset, double belts, a choker, and some kind of wrist accessory.

"Fine. Hope this place can make pizza. Huh?" The white haired man saw us seem perplexed along with the blonde woman.

"Welcome to the Devil's Feast. I heard you want pizza? I can make that for yah." I said welcoming them, receiving a nod from them.

"Thanks, I never noticed this place being made. When did you open on Slum Avenue?" The white haired man asked, glancing at everyone.

"Slum Avenue? What are you talking about?" I was confused about what he meant. Slum avenue? Never heard of that place before. And my location is hardly a slum.

"Slum Avenue. It's where this restaurant is, right?" The blonde woman asked.

"No, it should be in Kyoto." I said, making the two looked at each other seemingly baffled.

"That can't be? Are you saying this place is in Japan?" She exclaimed.

"Yeah. Are you sure you're not the one mistaken?" I asked hoping to know what's going on.

"Hmmm. Let me check." She said walking out and my eyes widened seeing the street vastly different from where I was!

"What!? This can't be? Let me try that." I walked over and opened the door that suddenly switched and became the street I was familiar with that shocked the woman.

This…I started to get an idea what's going on. Eventually, the pair introduce themselves as they say down to eat.

"So this restaurant somehow connects to another world?" My father said as he joined in our conversation. He seemed to understand what it meant and how valuable my restaurant had become!

To be fair, I am a reincarnator and lived in a supernatural world but still knowing their other world does make a lot of sense.

"This isn't my first rodeo, experiencing something this unusual but Devils and not demons?"

The man called Dante told his story about being a Demon Hunter in the shop called Devil May Cry. Which is a badass name. He is the son of sparda who single handedly fought armies of demons and sealed the demon world from the human world.

"That's right. I haven't encountered something like you people." The young woman named Trish said. Not gonna lie she is kinda my type. But let's not make it awkward.

"Maybe we can use your expertise?" My mother saw the opportunity to use their service since they appeared to be quite powerful.

I know Dante is easily the equal or even stronger Ultimate class. I'm just assuming this solely based on what I know and I could be wrong.

"Sure, so long you get the cash we'll dish out those what you call? Stray devils." Dante said.

"Anyway, what do you two need? It's on the house since I just opened and I want some honest Critique." I said they looked into the menu.

"Really!? Can you make pizza with everything on it except olives?" Dante said while Trish scoffed.

"I can't seem to choose. How about you surprise me, Chef?" Trish said and I nodded heading to my kitchen to make their food.

Starting with the pizza, I used the finest ingredients available in my pantry. The dough was freshly prepared, hand-kneaded, and allowed to rest for the perfect amount of time to develop its elasticity and flavor. I stretched it into a thin, even base and spread a rich, house-made tomato sauce across it.

The sauce was a blend of San Marzano tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and a hint of fresh basil, simmered to perfection. I topped it with a generous layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by a medley of premium toppings: pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and a sprinkling of spicy chili flakes for a slight kick. Dante's request for "everything except olives" made me smirk, and I ensured each topping was evenly distributed for balance.

The pizza was slid into a stone oven, where the high, even heat crisped the crust while melting the cheese to a bubbling golden hue. The aroma of baked dough, melted cheese, and savory toppings filled the kitchen as I checked to ensure every slice was cooked to perfection.

For Trish, I opted for a classic yet sophisticated dish: pasta aglio e olio. The simplicity of the dish would allow me to showcase the quality of my ingredients and culinary skill.

I started by boiling fresh spaghetti in salted water until it reached the perfect al dente texture. While the pasta cooked, I prepared the sauce by heating high-quality olive oil in a pan, infusing it with thinly sliced garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes. The garlic turned golden, releasing its rich, nutty aroma into the oil.

Once the pasta was ready, I tossed it directly into the pan, allowing the olive oil and garlic to coat each strand evenly. To finish, I sprinkled freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, creating a dish that was light yet bursting with flavor.

With both dishes ready, I carried them out to the dining area. Dante's eyes lit up as he saw the pizza, the melted cheese and vibrant toppings creating an irresistible visual. Trish leaned forward slightly, taking in the subtle yet enticing aroma of the pasta.

"Here you go—Dante, your pizza with everything except olives, and Trish, a pasta aglio e olio that I hope you'll enjoy." I set the dishes before them, stepping back to observe their reactions.

Dante didn't waste any time and took a bite widened his eyes from the taste.

"Woah!? I've eaten quite a lot of pizza before but this is certainly the best by far." He commented and was pleased by his comment. My parents looked proud watching me.

The day went on, we learned quite a lot about their world and how demons are more like Stray devil's and act like the Old devil faction who are hell-bent on conquering the human world.

I never understand why they fixated on taking the human world. Like this place is not the best!? Why y'all obsessed with it!?

During the encounter, Trish seemed to be looking at me in a certain way. I'm not ignorant of these kinds of things.

I mean in my past life many customers had flirted with me before. I flirted back and hoped things would go well. I mean I am a devil and lust is the hardest thing to control.

My mother seems to have gotten acquainted with Trish discussing the partnership of using their service for potential investment.
