It could only have been Olivia—no one else had the power to make him feel so utterly powerless.

Nathan Reed crushed the message in a fit of anger and tossed it across the room. Grabbing his car keys, he rushed out and drove quickly to the medical center.

"Repeat that," he demanded, his tone quiet and threatening, as he clutched the physician's shirt with shaking hands.

"Mr. Reed, please, try to relax," the doctor implored. "We can't bring back those who have passed away."

Nathan's gaze intensified, his eyes narrowing like a trapped animal. "Passed away? Where's your evidence? I want to see proof!"

His words quivered with a mix of fury and hope. His mouth was a tight line, and his body radiated uncontrollable tension, resembling a big cat ready to pounce.

It required multiple guards to drag him away.
