The Fall of the Gods

Simo's victory had caused a great upheaval among the gods. The fall of Zeus was not only his victory, but also a turning point for humanity. The gods began to feel that their own sovereignty was under threat. A sense of the end of everything spread throughout the arena.

Brunhilde had a confused expression in her eyes as she watched Simo from the edge of the arena. Instead of taking credit for his victory, he walked silently outside the arena alone. Brunhilde approached him and spoke.

"Simo, this is your greatest victory. Zeus, as a god, could not defeat you."

Simo turned his head slightly. "This is not a war, it is merely a task," he said calmly. "The gods challenged me. I defeated them. But this victory means nothing."

Brunhilde tried to understand Simo's inner world once more. For him, every victory was a responsibility, not only to survive, but also to leave a lesson. It clearly showed the difference between gods and mortals.

"Then what are you aiming for, Simo? Just to win the war?"

Simo paused for a moment, then turned around and looked at Brunhilde and replied. "My aim is to change the balance of power in this world. Gods should not be able to rule mortals. My fight is to prove the power of a human being."

Zeus' fall galvanized the other gods. However, there was one god who was most concerned with the devastating effects of this victory: Hades, the god of death. He was the ruler of the dead and the underworld, and humanity's resistance had shaken him to his core. Zeus' fall was seen as a threat to Hades' dominance.

When the gates of the arena opened, the dark and cold figure of Hades emerged. The mist from the depths of the underworld surrounding him gave him a frightening aura. His eyes were dark and deep, like an endless void.

"The fall of Zeus is a great event that would shake my throne. But he was brought down by a human. This is unacceptable."

Hades took a step forward, looking at Simo with his eyes. "You may be a human, but you have no chance against the god of death."

Simo took a silent step, ignoring Hades' words. "The gods will have to leave their deaths in my hands."

Brunhilde spoke next to Simo. "You may need to be more careful this time. Hades is the lord of death. His power affects not only the body, but also the soul."

Simo shook his head. "The gods who threaten me with death must learn true fear in this world."

While a great silence reigned in the arena, Hades and Simo made their preparations for each other. The air around Hades had darkened and thickened, as if he were suffocated. With each step he took, the strength of the wind in the arena changed. Simo picked up his rifle again, but this time he was expecting not only a physical but also a spiritual battle.

Hades' smile was reminiscent of a monster. "It is impossible for a person like you to survive in this war. My power controls souls. Fighting me means getting lost in the darkness of the dead."

Simo pointed his rifle, ignoring Hades' threats. "When you think that your body and soul are one, the probability of you being killed increases. Because your power is your weakness."

Suddenly, Hades raised his hand to knock Simo to the ground. However, Simo quickly jumped back even as he fell to the ground. Hades' power was like a great dark wave rising from under the ground, but Simo managed to escape these waves with his agility.

Simo analyzed Hades' movements in an instant. "This god controls the power of the dead. But this power is only effective on souls. He has forgotten the true limits of the body."

Simo took action in an instant, pointed his rifle and fired at Hades. But this time, the bullet disappeared in an instant and was absorbed by the dark wave around Hades.

"You can't kill me," Hades said, laughing. "I am the lord of the dead!"

Simo paused for a moment, but then immediately made a counter-attack with his rifle. This time, the bullet was not aimed at his body, but at Hades' dark power. Cutting off the dark energy around Hades was part of Simo's plan.

---

Hades began to be thrown back by the impact of Simo's bullets. At that moment, a gap formed and Simo took the opportunity to make his final move. He fired the second bullet towards Hades' body. This time, Hades' dark power had weakened, and the bullet hit the god of death right in the heart.

Hades fell to the ground for a moment and the darkness around him quickly disappeared. "How… did you… do this?" he whispered.

Simo lowered his rifle to the ground and silently looked at Hades. "Those who survive can also be masters of death."

---

The gods were even more afraid now. Simo's victory represented the power of not just one man, but all mortals. Humanity had not only survived, but had become a real threat to the gods.

Simo took another deep breath as he left the arena. The burden of his victories was heavy, but for him the only real thing was to restore balance to this world and change the balance of power.

And once again, Simo's battles would continue.
