Stepping down from his car, Zyran fixed the wrist button of his shirt. The workers stopped in their tracks and bowed in unison, and once their boss entered the company, they started clapping.
"Congratulations on your wedding, Director."
Though most ladies had an opposite look of happiness on their faces, they had to force a smile.
Zyran turned his head to the worker closest to him. "Is the sales report on my table?" he asked as he continued his steps.
"Yes, sir," the man replied diligently.
Dipping his hand into his trouser pocket, Zyran nodded. "Good." He scanned the faces of his employees, who were still standing, congratulating him.
"I expect to see significant revenue growth from the wedding sales."
The man who had replied earlier shuffled with some files and nodded. "Y-yes, sir, the numbers look promising."
"Promising?" Zyran narrowed his eyes. "And yet we are having doubts among the shareholders."
