Whatever you girl, don't destroy it, the doctor spoke in a frantic voice he had heavy sweat forming around his body,
My she's so hot already, he thought. "Well have to fight it long enough for him to gain control"
"And how long will that take," Hercules screamed at him. He saw the worst of the monster and wasn't too excited at the prospect of an undetermined battle, but still, she fondled the brass knuckles, eager for a fight.
"Well, I'm not sure," the doctor said. "I'll have to find out, just hold him long enough."
"We'll set a time limit," Victoria said
"What, then what would happen after that?"
"Well, tear him apart and take the core for our own," Victoria spoke with such a cold calculation that it sent shivers down the doctor's spine, which, in a way, he appreciated to die to the intense heat she was emitting.
"Dial the heat back a little, will ya!" Cheshire yelled, "I don't wanna look like this brown freak."
"Jealous, much shorty," Connie said. "You know you'd kill to look like me."
Cheshire scoffed, "Yeah I'd kill myself if I woke up every morning looking like burnt toast or a well-done piece of meat"
"You called me a piece of meat, I didn't know you swing like that sister"
"What?!"Cheshire looks confused, what are you talking about?
Before she could answer, a loud explosion came from a gluttony direction; all they saw was a brown cloud of dust. The doctor panicked.
The arena they had transported him into at the last moment before he transformed was like a miniature gladiator arena. It was small and round and had curved stone seats around it like in old Rome. The arena ground was covered with fine gold sand, and the surrounding walls were made of hard white stone.
"His breaking the walls," the doctor yelled
"Is he trying to go outside?" Connie says with a puzzled look on her face.
"No, I Don't think so," Hercules said
"Then what is he doing?" Cheshire said.
"I think we're about to find out," Victoria said.
Blur white shot out of the brown dust cloud, it's was too fast for the doctor to see what it was but they could see it clearly as it darted directly toward Victoria
"Looks like it has a thing for you," Hercules said.
"I wouldn't mind a dead lover," Victoria said as she drew out her sword. Without changing her expression, she swung her blade, and a straight yellow light came out of it and flew towards the approaching white stone and blew it to cinders.
In a matter of moments, gluttony hauled more and more pieces of the stone walls at them. What was its attempt to hurt them quickly became more of a dodging game for them. They refused to make any attacking moves but more time for Dorian to find his way through his psyche.
The sister never made mention of their planning to wait it out; after years of fighting together, they had grown a sort of linked battle sense; it was a rare ability indeed as they had an innate knowledge of each other's next moves when it came to battle.
Glutton, realizing all his stones had landed without a single hit, activates the large green eye on his forehead. With the many powers trapped within the immortal eye, the monster battle sense knew there was only one to us now. Absolute control.
The immortal eye pulsed and emitted a green light and before they would realize it, the rocks behind them shot at them with great speed.
They all sense them coming at the last moment; Hercules turned and saw a large white, three times the size of her head, crashing into her face. She tried to punch it away, but it hit her nose just before she smashed it to pieces.
Connie reacted a lot faster, catching her much smaller stone with her bare hand; she saw more heading for her; they were all engulfed in green energy.
That's it, she thought; a counter would work here. She lets loose a blue blast of energy and destroys the rock in her hand; with her hand still engulfed in the blue energy, she swings her hand at the boulder, sending ripples of her energy at them. They neutralize the immortal eye's influence on them and the stones drop to the ground.
Cheshire floated away in a blur dodging everything completely and laughing as she did,
"What a pointless thing," she said.
As for Victoria, she easily slices through the huge white stone behind her, but for a moment, she has her back turned, and she hears her sister's gasps. In an instant, she felt immense pressure on her; his hair stood on end.
Gluttony was behind her; immediately, he sent the blocks after them; he had gone in after her. Now his claws were bearing down on her. It sent slivers of her hair flying as he slashed the back of her head with its claws.
Gluttony felt a searing pain, blood gushing off its upper arm; hee sawVictoria'sa's blade raised a few centimeters from his f; she had swung it so fast he didn't even see a flash. His large black arm falls to the floor.
Immediately all the sisters dart in to protect Victoria, Connie shot arrows and Gluttony jumps backward away from fire, Hercules goes after him and threw a punch that he couldn't dodge, he blocked with his hand and growled as the blow impacted shattering his bone in the process, he retreated again trying to stay away from Hercules but Cheshire came flying in but sees her in time and immortal pulse and concentrated green beam of light directly at her.
Dorian could hear rumbling and growling all from the fight but with the inhales he couldn't see them anymore not with him conscious now, he saw the green spot deep beneath the darkness at the very depths of it, it appeared like a green star.
And soon, in a blink of an eye, he was hovering over a giant green eye that moved about from left to right, up to down, but never staying at the center.
The thought occurred to him to try and touch it; he was a bit hesitant, but he slowly leaned his hand in, closer and closer, as the green light flushed his face.
The closer he got, the more it felt warm, and soon he felt a crawling sensation on his whole body, like an innate reaction of disgust, like one would feel they'd seen something immensely gross, like a whole nest of worms on a person's face.
He tried to pull back as he felt more uncomfortable, but the pupil stopped dead in the center, and he was drawn into it, into the immortal eye.
