Always the pessimistic block of ice. His eyes almost bulged out of his sockets when I called him–Alien from Neptune. 

"What kind of name is that?" He asked, rather curiously. 

"The one that suits that persona of yours," I pointed out, and he pushed himself forward, entering my personal space with ease. 

"Didn't find me so cold when I warmed you up the other night, Blue Rose." His gorgeous onyx eyes flashed with a challenge, and he let his gaze dip to my lips. "Or we can go home, and I can demonstrate again to refresh your memory." 

I backed away a little, too close, he was too close for my treacherous body. It heated up just from his gaze and words. 

I had no self-restraint left when it came to Karsten; if he initiated even a kiss, I would jump his skin, trying to claim all of him in my desperate attempts.
