"Well, well, if it isn't the Carlisle family's bastard? What brings you back today? Don't tell me you think starting a little company means you can go toe-to-toe with the Carlisles now?"

"You never know. I heard today's bride used to be his girlfriend. Wonder which poor blind soul fell for him, giving up the chance to be a Carlisle daughter-in-law to live in poverty. Good thing she came to her senses in time."

"A bastard kicked out of his own family? What could he possibly amount to? He's probably here to liven things up for us 'cause he knows the wedding would be boring! Look at him, baring his teeth like a stray dog. No manners at all!"
