~{GREENE'S POV}~
*
How could someone dig a grave to this extent unless he possessed brown cell?
Currently, I stood at a junction with two roads.
'Follow the left'
A whisper went past my left ear and I frowned but didn't turn to see what it was.
'Take the right, Officer Greene'
Another one instructed and I sighed as I closed my eyes briefly before opening them again.
With determination, I followed the left path not because I was told to go there but because the left is known to have bad qualities.
'Foolish man! You'll die!'
'Keep going, you're in the right path'
When I looked back, I found two translucent spirits floating in the air.
And when I looked closely, it was then I realized they were from Weenfield. I knew them.
One was burnt by our people for practicing dark magic in our land while the other died a natural death. She was smiling at me as she gestured for me to keep going.
Without saying a word, I turned and walked in the direction she chose for me. They were clearly ghosts but I wasn't the least bothered by it because I've seen far worse.
The more I walked inside the cave-like path, the more I began to feel cold but that didn't stop me.
As for my torch, it was as bright as ever and nothing could affect it since it was created by the Orange cell possessors.
Suddenly I stopped walking when I found someone standing in my way with its back facing me. It had on a red hoodie and black pants.
"What are you doing here?" I asked because it was clearly a human.
"I should be asking you the same question, father," he said and turned to face me.
I remained rooted in place as I watched my son stare at me with red eyes, pale skin and elongated fangs. But he wasn't as small as he was back when he was alive. He was very mature, how? Like a 21 year old youth.
He died when he was 17 so it was overwhelming seeing him all grown up.
"I've always admired you for your fearlessness. Look how you walk in here with zero fear. What a man," Logan said and chuckled.
"How are you alive?" That was the first question I asked while maintaining a strong demeanor.
"As expected of you. Always never showing any emotion," he said and clicked his tongue in disdain before taking a casual step in my direction.
"You shouldn't be alive." I said the obvious and took out a revolver strapped to my right thigh before pointing it at him.
The bullets weren't normal, they were specifically made for evil beings and monsters. One shot could disintegrate him in a pile of dust.
"I must warn you father, I'm extremely parched," he warned and grinned at me.
Without hesitation, I took a shot and it went straight to his heart, causing him to freeze in place and look at the spot.
Strangely, he began to laugh as he looked back at me again.
"My turn."
He declared and the torch went off which was very strange.
I quickly shifted to defense mode as my senses heightened.
I felt a touch on my shoulder and when I turned, a powerful punch landed right in my face, making me stagger slightly but I quickly regained consciousness and listened to my surroundings.
Luckily, I felt his presence behind me and I quickly turned and caught him right in the throat.
And while I held him, I felt someone hold me from behind and bite right into my neck.
I quickly threw the one I held and caught the hair of the other which had its fangs dug into my skin and quickly apparated to the surface before pulling him away from my body just to find myself holding a decayed corpse.
Confused, I threw it away while breathing deeply.
When I touched my neck and looked at my hand, I saw that I was bleeding but it didn't bother me.
In a blink of an eye, I teleported myself back in with the motive of catching him this time.
