Silas's POV
"Silas, you're acting different all of a sudden. Can you tell me what happened?"
"Nothing happened. Leave before I kick you out of the room."
I shouted. Hearing me, Lysander was shocked.
"Why are you shouting all of a sudden?" He glanced at Nekol. "What happened to him? Nekol, why is he behaving like this with me?"
"I think it's because he saw you talking with his brother."
"NO!" I quickly denied, realizing that Nekol had noticed. I thought he wasn't paying attention to me, but he was. And I didn't want Lysander to know the real reason I was trying to distance myself from him.
Because if he knew, I was sure he'd make excuses like "It's not like that," and comfort me by saying he cared about me, but behind my back, he'd meet Ciel.
So, I didn't want any of that. In the first place, I shouldn't have gotten involved with Lysander. He's not my type.
