Misunderstanding - 16

Silas's POV

I was happy that the man was going to take us to Orian. But one thing was hard to digest—Theron was the master of Dark Valley.

I knew that when I was kidnapped, Theron was the one who saved me, and he had a mansion there. So, I guessed he was some kind of member of Dark Valley.

But I didn't expect him to be the master of Dark Valley, the one who created it. It's not like I hate him for that.

I'm not going to complain about him creating Dark Valley either. No, I will not. Because it has nothing to do with me—whatever he creates.

It's his own idea. Why would I interfere? Why would I say something about those things? It was just unexpected for me, that's all.

"Wait, I didn't ask your name, Mr. Assassin," I said.

"Meyer."

So, this—his name was Meyer. I could tell by the outfit he was wearing, his long hair, and the way he talked that the name Meyer suited him.
