Chapter 9

Three years later, after climbing the corporate ladder with my elders, I finally reached the position of General Manager at Ms. Shaw's company.

One day, I was at a club discussing business with a media mogul.

An clueless gigolo barged into our private room.

I didn't even bother to look at him, just waved him away.

But the employee beside me exclaimed in disbelief, "Whoa, Mr. Stone?"

I jerked my head up. The gigolo was none other than Zoran.

He'd only paid back a fraction of what he owed me. Guess selling his body was his only option to repay the debt.

Moreover, this was his only way to rub elbows with high society.

What a shame. He once had a bright future in his grasp, but he threw it away with his own hands.

The mogul seemed to know him and explained in a low voice, unsurprised:

"He's quite the celebrity here. Once he sets his sights on someone, man or woman, they can't resist his charms."

"God knows how many people have been scrounged by him!"
