PERSEUS

Here's an expanded version of the SSS Ability: Vampiric Blood, structured similarly to the power system overview you provided earlier.

SSS Ability: Vampiric Blood

The ability Vampiric Blood grants the user total control over their blood, allowing for unparalleled regeneration, blood weaponry, and specialized vampiric enhancements. This power is fueled by Mana, and through mastery, the user can reshape their blood into both defensive and offensive tools, sustain grievous wounds, and even link their life force with others.

Regenerative Blood Flow – The user's body instinctively redirects their blood to wounds, accelerating tissue regeneration far beyond natural healing. This ability can close deep gashes in seconds and even mend broken bones with enough concentration. Blood Manipulation – The user can control their own blood outside of their body, shaping it into weapons, tendrils, armor, or barriers. Once expelled, the user can reclaim lost blood unless it has been fully absorbed into the environment or another entity. Mana-Generated Blood – Unlike normal individuals who are limited by their natural blood supply, the user can convert Mana into blood, preventing excessive blood loss from becoming fatal. However, overuse can deplete Mana reserves quickly.

Derived Ability: Blood Bond

Blood Bond is a secondary ability that allows the user to form a supernatural link with another humanoid by consuming their blood. This connection enables the exchange of abilities, mana, and heightened regeneration.

Effects of the Blood Bond: Ability Borrowing – The user temporarily gains a weaker version of the bonded individual's ability, limited by their Mana reserves. The strength of the copied power depends on the compatibility between the user and the bonded person. Mana Sharing – The user and their bonded partner can share Mana pools, allowing one to transfer excess Mana to the other. This ensures sustained combat efficiency and prolonged spellcasting. Enhanced Regeneration for the Bonded – The bonded individual receives improved natural healing, although it is weaker than the user's regeneration. Telepathic Link – The bond establishes a direct mental connection, allowing communication across large distances. Stronger bonds can even transmit emotions and sensory experiences. Bond Limitations: The user can only maintain a limited number of bonds at a time (dependent on Mana reserves). The bonded partner must be willing or must have their willpower broken for a forced bond. Breaking a bond unwillingly can cause Mana disruption, physical pain, or mental instability.

Mana Burst: Blood Implosion Arrow

The ultimate attack of Vampiric Blood, this technique condenses the blood of fallen beings in the battlefield into a dense arrow-like projectile.

Execution & Effects: Blood Absorption – The user gathers all blood within a large radius and compresses it into a single point, saturating it with poisonous Mana.

Blood Arrow Formation – The condensed blood takes the form of an arrow or spear, pulsating with volatile energy.

Impact & Implosion – Upon contact with the target, the projectile implodes violently, scattering toxic blood mist across the area.

Poison Effect – The mist saturates the surroundings, causing enemies to suffer: Gradual paralysis Blood clotting issues, restricting movement Hallucinations due to the lingering Mana contamination

 Enclosure: Blood Sovereign's Domain

The battlefield itself becomes the user's weapon and sanctuary. When activated, the terrain is coated in living blood, providing healing, defenses, and mobility advantages.

Effects of the Enclosure: Blood-Infused Terrain: The ground becomes a dense, crimson swamp, pulsating with the user's Mana. Heals the user and bonded allies over time. Slows enemies, making movement difficult.

Fusion with the Blood Field: The user can dissolve into the terrain, becoming one with the blood, allowing them to: Avoid physical attacks by merging into the environment. Move rapidly across the field undetected. Blood Constructs: The user can manipulate the terrain to: Form walls of hardened blood to block attacks. Create spikes, tendrils, and weapons at will. If the user does these specific binding vows to power the enclosure the additional effects are:

-Sacrificing 50% of Mana permanently → Enclosure becomes permanent instead of temporary.

-Life Trade (shortening lifespan) → Terrain actively drains the stamina of enemies caught inside.

Rituals & Binding Vows for Vampiric Blood

Using the language of Aetherium, the user can enhance or alter their abilities through specific rituals and sacrifices.

Blood Pact Ritual (Enhances Blood Bond)

Runes: Spiritus Vinculum Sacrificium Lux

Translation: "Spirit binds through sacrifice and light."

Chant: "San-guem fae-lius!"

Effect: Strengthens the Blood Bond to allow two-way ability borrowing, meaning the bonded partner can temporarily access the user's vampiric abilities.

Sanguine Wrath Ritual (Enhances Blood Manipulation & Attack Power)

Runes: Fas Ignis Vinculum Sacrificium

Translation: "Force of fire binds through sacrifice."

Chant: "Sanguem ig-nis!"

Effect: Enhances all blood-based attacks, causing burning effects upon impact. The user can also harden their blood into steel-like consistency.

Forbidden Ritual: Crimson Immortality (Extreme Cost, Semi-Immortality)

Runes: Aeternum Sacrificium Severum Vinculum

Translation: "Eternal sacrifice binds severance."

Chant: "Ae-ter-num sa-cri-ficium!"

Effect: Grants the user functional immortality by linking their life force to all blood they control, meaning as long as some of their blood exists in the world, they cannot die.

The cost of the ritual is that the user cannot cast magic and or other rituals and must onlyrely on the power of their ability or raw mana constructs (like the Reishi constructsin bleach) and the user has an inherent weakness to light magic and or light based abilities)

Weaknesses & Limitations of Vampiric Blood Fire & Holy Magic: The user's blood is highly susceptible to purification magic or flames that can evaporate their blood-based constructs. Overuse of Blood Manipulation: Excessive blood usage without generating new blood from Mana can cause severe anemia or death. Breaking a Blood Bond: Forcefully severing a bond causes extreme pain and Mana instabilityHigh Mana Consumption: While Mana-generated blood sustains the user, constant blood manipulation can quickly deplete reserves, leading to Mana Debt.

Mira the Browney

all the binding vows seen here are permanent

Ability Name: Eclipsing Mirage

Rank: SSS

Elemental Affinity: Shadow & Mind

Spirit Bond: Nyx, the Veilbound Phantom

Ability Overview:

Eclipsing Mirage grants the user unparalleled control over perception and reality through the fusion of mental and physical illusions. By reading the emotions and thoughts of others, the user can weave illusions so convincing that they trap the minds of their victims in fabricated realities. A mist-like substance, imbued with the user's Mana, manifests these illusions into the physical world, making them tangible and seemingly inescapable.

Core Abilities:1. Mind's Abyss (Mental Illusion)The user passively perceives the thoughts and emotions of others within a set radius. Stronger minds can resist deep intrusion, but their surface emotions are always visible. By locking onto a target, the user can entrap their consciousness in a hyper-realistic illusion where time flows differently, making seconds in reality feel like hours. Requires eye contact or exposure to the user's mist to take full effect.

(made by the character offscreen)Binding Vow Enhancement:

"I sacrifice my ability to dream forever in exchange for the absolute dominion over illusions."

The illusion becomes nearly impossible to distinguish from reality unless the victim has an Aetherium-based resistance or a similar high-level ability.

2. Veil of Nyx (Physical Illusion Manipulation) The user generates a thick, shadowy mist imbued with Mana, which can shape illusions into a physical form. The mist can take on the properties of real objects (e.g., weapons, creatures, environments) and interact with the physical world. Those trapped within the mist struggle to discern reality from illusion, making counterattacks highly difficult.

3. Phantom's Cage (Mind Trap Enclosure) An advanced Enclosure that blankets the battlefield in a dense mirage mist. Within this space, the user's illusions gain form, while the opponent's mind is continuously probed and manipulated. Those trapped within must continuously expend Mana to resist falling into a permanent illusion state. The user gains an omniscient awareness of everything occurring within the Enclosure, making evasion nearly impossible.

(made out of screen)Binding Vow Enhancement:

"I vow to never perceive my own reflection again in exchange for an Enclosure that transcends reality."

The illusions inside the Enclosure become so convincing that even someone with high resistance will struggle to break free.

4. Eternal Reverie (Spirit Invocation – Nyx, the Veilbound Phantom) By invoking the bound spirit Nyx, a powerful shadow entity, the user gains the ability to fully sever an opponent's mind from reality. Nyx can manifest as a towering wraith cloaked in endless mist, assisting the user in combat. When Nyx fully materializes, the user's illusion capabilities are amplified tenfold, creating a battlefield where only they dictate what is real.

Weaknesses

High Mana cost, making prolonged combat unsustainable without replenishment. Those with exceptionally strong willpower or abilities that counteract mind manipulation can resist the illusions. The mist, while potent, can be dispersed by powerful elemental forces such as Wind or Light-based attacks. The ability's effectiveness is tied to the user's mental focus—if they lose concentration, the illusions weaken.

Vyra the goblin

A-Class Ability: Umbra Veil

(mana Burst unavailable/ not enough mana)

Core Mechanics: Shadow Assimilation – The user can merge into surrounding shadows, becoming invisible to normal sight and undetectable by most conventional means. Phantom Trace – Footsteps, breath, and aura are completely erased, making tracking nearly impossible unless the opponent has enhanced perception. Dark Echo – The user can leave behind temporary shadow mirages, fooling enemies into attacking illusions while they strike from unseen angles. Predator's Instinct – The user gains enhanced recognition abilities, allowing them to sense life forms through their shadows and track movements in complete darkness. Twilight Subjugation (Passive Effect) – Any being trapped within the user's shadow-based enclosure has their vision blurred and reaction time slowed due to an unnatural disorientation effect.

Enclosure Ability: Midnight Dominion (Shadow Lockdown)

The battlefield is engulfed in an oppressive darkness, turning the environment into the user's personal hunting ground.

Field of Shadows – All sources of light are dimmed, making it difficult for enemies to perceive movement or detect the user.

Abyssal Tethers – Shadows extend like chains, grappling onto opponents and slowing them down significantly.

Null Perception – Those caught in the enclosure suffer from flickering hallucinations, making them unsure if the user is real or an illusion.

Phantom Movement – The user's speed is enhanced inside this domain, allowing them to strike, disappear, and reappear unpredictably.

Spirit Companion: Luxis, the Radiant Mirage (B-A Rank Attack Spirit)

encosure not available rank too low

Core Abilities: Solar Mirage – Luxis generates solid illusions of itself, capable of attacking enemies with light-based energy strikes before dispersing.

Radiant Edge – Forms blades of condensed light, which can cut through both physical and spiritual defenses.

Flashbind – Emits an instantaneous burst of light, temporarily blinding all opponents within range.

Divine Perception – Luxis grants the user heightened perception, allowing them to see through illusions, invisibility, and deception-based abilities.

Mana Burst: Zenith Flare (Light-based Area Attack)

Solar Implosion – All gathered light energy collapses inward, pulling in nearby enemies before erupting into an intense shockwave of searing light.

Horizon Mirage – A temporary illusionary army of Luxis is created, confusing enemies into attacking non-existent foes.

Absolute Flashpoint – A single concentrated beam of light is fired at a chosen target, burning through magical barriers and leaving behind a lingering aftershock.

Overall Strengths & Synergy: The combination of Umbra Veil's stealth capabilities and Luxis' radiant offense allows for a highly versatile combat style, switching between assassination and overwhelming attack power.
