On this day on the battlefield...

"Your highness ,the crown prince selection event is about to begun. His majesty has summoned you back to the palace," a soldier reported to a youth who was seated on a simple throne. The youth opened his eyes and in those eyes one could see no tinge of emotions in them. There was only calmness and maybe a bit of vissitude that was hidden in them. His eyes were green in colour,while his hair was black but he did not bother to tend to his hair which was something rare to someone his age as one would expect that a young mam would take care of his looks more than anything but to him his looks mattered not which made him look more like a hooligan than a prince." Not interested. Tell me the situation in the border?" The youth asked as he closed his eyes." Your majesty,the princess has also been summoned back to the capital so she is preparing to launch one last assault before she leaves," the scout reported. Qin Tai Jian opened his closed eyes and for a split moment one could see the shock hidden in them but it was only for a while. He then seemed to be in deep thoughts." I've changed my mind. I'll be going back to the palace," Qin Tai Jian said after some thought. The scout was shocked but he did not ask a y question concerning this. Qin Tai Jian has always been unrivaled in the art of war but the heaven battling princess was the only person that was stopping Tai Jian from conquering the heaven battling state. With her gone Tai Jian did not find anyone worthy of fighting with which wad probably the reason why he chose to withdraw at this moment." Summon all the generals for a meeting," Tai Jian ordered with his eyes still closed while sitting on his throne. Meanwhile in the palace of the Qin palace...

"How is it?" A handsome youth asked with a devious smile on his face." The seventh prince has decided to withdraw from the battlefield. He is coming back to the palace in a few days," a guard reported. The prince was shocked by this news as Tai Jian was never interested in the throne. All the princes were wary of Tai Jian because he had many achievements that they did not have especially military achievements. He is a titled war god because he holds an umdefeatable record ever since the age of twelve. With the military achievements that he has when Tai Jian decides to get involved in the war of princes then he would definitely be the crown prince as the people loved him and he had achievements that none of the prince had." Why did he decide to come back?" The youth asked. The handsome youth was the third prince. He had a pale face that made him look sickly but this did nothing to hide his handsomeness rather it added to it." At first he didn't want to come back but when it was reported that his enemy is also leaving the battlefield he decided to come back to the capital," the guard reported. The war between the kingdoms was at a crucial step but the two kingdoms had decided to withdraw their war gods at this moment so it could be seen that something was off." You are dismissed," the third prince ordered the guard. The atmosphere in the palace was tense especially in the palace of the princes. All the princes received the news with different reactions but one thing was common amongst most of them. Very few wanted Tai Jian to come back to the capital and almost all of them viwwd Tai Jian as an enemy. In the capital of the Heaven Battling state, the situation was the same as that in the Qin state. But in the Heaven Battling state both the princes and princesses were tense about the return of the war go's princess Tie Hongchen. Most of the princes had even teamed up upon hearing the news of her returning and were prepared to ambush her on her way home so that she would nor reach the palace as she threatened their positions." First brother,you have always been a bit wiser than us do you have any plan?" A short chubby prince asked with a fawning smile on his face. Everyone in the room turned their eyes to the man seated on the highest seat in the room." I heard that that bastard war god of Qin state has also decided to go back to the capital," the first prince said." I also heard this rumour but how does it relate to us?" Another prince asked." Third brother,I guess you have all heard that that guy has never been interested in the throne of the Qin state," the first prince answered with a smile in his face. The third prince nodded his head." He had refused to go back but when he heard that our younger sister was coming back he decided to go back," the first prince said causing the other princes to stare at him in shock. How could they not know what their brother was thinking?" What do you plan to do?" The second third prince asked." Sister is now old and her marriage should be considered," the first prince casually said with a scheming smile on his face as he took out a report." I will be submitting this report to father. I hope you will support me so that father will approve," the first prince said but how could the other prince not know what he was thinking. If this proposal were to be approved then the two kingdoms would become in-laws and this would help resolve the war that has been going on. With this the first prince would be hitting three birds with one stone. One he would be getting rid of the youngest princess,two he would help in solving the enmity between the two states which would make many view him as a wise ruler fit for the throne and third he would earn a huge merit for helping the country and bringing peace. The first prince had probably planned everything and yet the other princes could do nothing other than to support him." First brother is wise. We will do as you say," the other princes said. What they did not know was that the princes of Qin state had also settled on the same option and decided to help Tai Jian back to the palace and then blame him for sparing the princess because he was in love with her. The evidence they had already deemed conclusive and their backing was strong so the seventh prince had no way of supporting himself before the officials. Since the emperor loved his seventh son then he definitely wouldn't allow his son to be killed so one of them would step forward in defense of their brother and propose a solution; marriage between the two states. Meanwhile the two partied involved knew nothing concerning this and did not know that their brothers were planning out their marriage. The duo were each focused on their upcoming showdown before they left for their respective kingdoms. In the camp of the Qin state the generals were in a meeting....

" Your highness, what are your suggestions concerning the upcoming war?" A general asked." We will be having an all out battle. In the battle ahead even the commanders will be fighting so just organise the troupes. The final battle will be fought here," Tai Jian said as he pointed at a place in the map laid out before him. Our soldiers are both calvary and infantry so this terrain will favour us but at the same time they won't be disadvantaged but so what? I will personally command the troupes so there is nothing to worry. You are all dismissed," Tai Jian calmly said but how could the generals not know that whenever Tai Jian was calm then it meant that the battle ahead would not be an easy battle.
