The world is divided into three parts, with never-ending alliances and conflicts.
The magnificent Jing Dynasty is at its peak, with four great caves, four secret places, the Martial Guard, and the Inspection Bureau.
Everyone practices martial arts, striving to reach the realm of grandmasters and great grandmasters.
Reincarnated as the heir of Prince Qing, I possess god-like senses and cultivate amid wealth and glory.
I aspire to become the supreme grandmaster, pursuing immortality while resisting foreign invasion and internal chaos.
I stand unrivaled, dominating the world with martial prowess.
It's refreshing reading a story like this where the empire is solid, the court is filled with competent people and the subjects are loyal. The adversaries are evil sects and other countries instead of internal traitors or relatives fighting for the throne. MC's comprehension and enhanced senses allow him to cultivate very fast but the world's limit seems to be Grandmaster. MC is looking for the way to immortality but there's no indication yet if he will find it.
Where do we start, Story moves along at a slow but steady pace. the author puts a lot into explaining everything, but without recycling the same message 8 times big + so far we are beginning treated with massive word counts so it doesn't drag boring plots over 5 characters. happy I picked it up from the what’s hot 10 min read without a doubt that is going to my reading list
Wasn't expecting much but its actually pretty good. A litrle cliche but no system and the cheat is not world breaking
I have read its raw. it's good. I have read upto 200ish chapter I guess. give it a try
In a word, repetitive. The mc is constantly using his cheat to enhance himself while saying it’s just a tool and not the source of his accomplishments. I don’t mind a good cheat but when the mc refuses to admit it’s the source of their accomplishments, repeatedly, it comes off like the ignorant young master who thinks they’re special but die in the opening act. If they were anyone but the mc they would be ridiculed as an idiot and killed off.
the mc is just the typical wanna be lowkey wimp. his dad is the same, except when he tries to force mc to do stuff for familial relationships, then tries to get him in trouble. the mom wants the son to stand out and be aggressive to show power, but mc is a wuss, like all others and has to try and be low key when he is the only one who thinks he is low key. the translation or writing itself is inconsistent and often has errors mainly when it comes to how someone is related to another. everything is explained again and again. everytime the mc meets someone new you have to read about how the mc has his super sense and this thing or that in comparison to them over and over. the author seems to try to immerse you but the writing is too boring and repetitive to do that.
it's ok, author spends a lot of time explaining things which can get dull, be prepared to read paragraphs about things, the blade was a rare limited edition, only 100 were made each year, due to this, the price of the blade was not low. when there is high demand and low supply the price, stays high, things like that.
