"You know when I saw you that night ,kissing him and putting that ring in his finger....it was the first time I got this urge of actually killing you " Adrain smiled down at Alara.

"Don't touch me " she cried.v

"Why shouldn't I touch you ,Alara. Your are mine, you where always mine. Then that crazy bastard came between us " he grabbed her cheeks squeezing them .

Her tears fell, he had carried her into the bedroom. She watched him take off his coat and loosen his tie then lay back down close to her.

"You betrayed me the day you failed to kill him ..." He moved and she cried out when his hands pulled down on her shirt exposing her chest.

"How could you cheat on me and even get pregnant with his child ...Alara ?" he yelled ."

"I didn't cheat you ...we were never together " she cried .

"Yes we were ...and you can't be with me if you still have that baby " he said into her ears.

She gasped , "what do you mean ?"

Adrain laughed bending down to kiss her lips , his hands sipped under her bra squeezing on her breasts .

She cried out but his lips sealed out her cries. Alara moved banging her head into his . He fell back groaning in pain.

With her body still numb she couldnt move ,he sat back glaring down at her.

"Well you just made me mad " he sniffed as he started to rip off her clothes .

"Don't touch me ...am going to kill you " she cried out.

He laughed , "By then you will be mine again and you won't be able to do anything to me "

"Please don't ...." She cried .

"I need too cleanse your body of his touch and scent and the drug will help me with destroying that thing inside you" he whispered in her ear.

Her tears fell understanding what he was saying , wanted to abort her baby . She could feel the sharp pain in her belly but couldn't move due to the drug.

Closing her eyes Alara felt his hands trace her now naked body .

"Your mine now " he murmurs in her ear as his fingers touch her skin .

Alara frozen when suddenly a loud gunshoot was heard then something fall back. Opening her eyes she saw Adrian frown and fall back off the bed.

Then his face appeared ,her ears had closed off due to the loud sound of the gun and shock .

So she couldnt hear what he was saying.

"Alara ....Alara " she finally heard his voice. His face was closed now as he wrapped the sheets over her body.

"Rae.." her hoarse voice called out to him.

"It's me baby ..it's me " he said.

She burst into tears as she called his name.

"Am sorry am late " he said to her .

Carrying her off the bed and walked out of the room with her.

"Capture him "he said to someone then left.

Safely placing her in the car he bend down to her .

"Wait for me " he said placing a kiss on her forehead. She nodded , he left closing the door .

When he returned back in the house his men had grabbed the now injured Adrian. He was bleeding from his abdomen .

Rae moved and without a word started punching directly into his injury. Adrain cried out .

"How dare you touch her " Rae barked ,now holding a gun to his head.

Adrian smirked coughing up blood.

"No matter what you do she will always belong to us ...to me " he laughed.

"What name was she calling while you hurt her ?" Rae placed the gun to his head.

Adrain frowned .

"Mine ...she was calling out to me not to you or anyone else but me " he said to him.

"She was ...."

"You hear that ....you just said it . She was but not anymore . You lost her the day you betrayed her ".

"I will get her back " yelled Adrian.

"No you won't, for you will be dead " he pulled the trigger .

Rae turned walking out and returned to the car.

"The hospital now " he said and they left.

Alara opened her eyes springing up as she gasped for air .

"Rae...Rae..." She called.

Someone ran to her taking her hands.

"Am here ...am right here "the softness of his voice brought her out of her nightmare.

"Rae ..." She hugged him her eyes filling with tears and he held her back.

When she pulled away he kissed her forehead .

"Am glad your awake " he muttered.

"The baby ....he said ..." She remembered.

"It's okay , the doctors managed to save it " he muttered.

Her tears fell as she closed her eyes .

"Am sorry " she cried.

"Why are you sorry love ...its me who is at fault ".

"I shouldn't have let my guard down " her tears fell.

"Don't talk about him , am here with you and your safe that is all that matters " he let out.

She nodded.

"Lay back down " he said .

Alara laid back her eyes still on him. Her body was still weak and she could feel dizzness setting in .

"The drugs haven't fully left your body yet so rest for now " he said to her.

"Rae" she called him.

"Mmm...".

She didn't say anything but kept looking back at him.

He smiled and gently moved down to the bed, she slowly creating space for him as he laid down next to her.

Rae opened his arms and she rushed into his embrace. Cuddling her Rae had a smile on his face.

It had been a few days since he held her .

"Thank you " she murmured .

He kissed her cheek and holding her tighter.

Later after she fell asleep he got up and left the room.

His mother ,Charlotte ,Mia and her mother where outside waiting for him to come out.

"How is she ?"her mother asked.

"She is okay " he said back.

They all sighed .

"Can we see her now ?" Mia and Charlotte asked.

"Not right now , she went back to sleep ".he said.

Rae noticed his grandfather and Ivana walking up to them , she was holding flowers .

"What are they doing here ?...Mom did you call them ?"

They turned to see the two coming up to them.

"No I didn't but it's time I do something about them " she said walking towards them.
