15. THE PLAN

Danman and Ava spent the next few hours gathering information and planning their attack. Ava seemed to have an endless supply of resources and contacts, and Danman found himself impressed by her skills.

As they worked, Danman couldn't help but ask Ava more questions. Who was she, really? And how did she know so much about the organization?

Ava smiled and dodged his questions, but Danman could tell that she was hiding something. He made a mental note to keep pushing her for answers.

Finally, after hours of planning, they had a solid plan in place. They would infiltrate the organization's headquarters, gather evidence of their wrongdoing, and then take them down.

Danman felt a surge of excitement as he looked at Ava. They were in this together now, and he was ready to trust her.

But as they prepared to set out, Ava's expression turned serious. "Danman, I need to tell you something," she said.

Danman's heart skipped a beat. What was Ava hiding?

"What is it?" he asked, his voice low.

Ava hesitated, then spoke. "I used to work for the organization," she said.

Danman's eyes widened in shock. What?

Ava nodded. "I was a high-ranking member, but I discovered some things that made me question their motives. I've been working to take them down from the inside ever since."

Danman's mind was racing. He had so many questions.

"Why did you leave?" he asked.

Ava's expression turned grim. "I discovered that they were planning something big, something that could harm a lot of people. I knew I had to get out and stop them."

Danman nodded. He believed Ava.

But as they prepared to set out, Danman couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to Ava's story. He made a mental note to keep pushing her for answers.

With their plan in place, they set out to gather evidence and take down the organization. Danman felt a sense of excitement and purpose. He was ready to take on whatever lay ahead.

As they infiltrated the organization's headquarters, Danman's senses were on high alert. He knew that they were taking a huge risk, but he was ready to do whatever it took to stop the organization.

Ava led the way, using her knowledge of the building to navigate them through the corridors. Danman followed close behind, his eyes scanning the area for any signs of danger.

As they reached the heart of the building, Danman could feel the tension building. They were getting close to their goal.

But suddenly, Ava stopped in her tracks. "Wait," she whispered.

Danman froze, his heart pounding in his chest. What was wrong?

Ava's eyes were fixed on something ahead. Danman followed her gaze, and his heart sank.

They were not alone.
