Tristan D'Leon's POV
I ended up leaving my mansion after waiting far too long for Dora and the other ladies to arrive. They never showed. Dora, no doubt, was still angry with me, which was likely the reason for her absence. I had no time to dwell on that, though I refused to stay in the mansion until morning, when I'd have to rely on Valen's three-hour concoction just to endure the sun. I had no interest in that hassle, so I returned to Jade's mansion instead, spending the night arranging my room after hunting and eating my fill.
Now, seated in the dimly lit living room, I observed Damon and Alexander, who sat across from me on a plush three-seater sofa. They had just finished exchanging pleasantries, but silence had since fallen between us.
Damon's gaze was fixed on me, assessing me, though I barely spared him a glance. I wasn't interested in wasting my time on him.
