Have you often come across a game where you start with a bonfire, surrounded by ice and snow, with resources all manually transported, and monsters attacking at any time...
Xia Hong wakes up to find himself in such a world.
The ice and snow rage on, beasts rule the land, civilization is lost, and all people and things that once existed have been invaded into powerful and bizarre entities, leaving humans as a humble race surviving in the shadow of winter, on the brink of extinction.
Fortunately, Xia Hong possesses a camp system that can upgrade infinitely.

The story is nice There are some huge problems with the world building which can be found easily if you have high school physics knowledge which kinda spoil the mood a bit. The side and background characters are okay The thing which annoyed me a bit was that the author was spitting on the legacy of people like Stephen Hawking, Steve Gleason, Roberta Flack and other people who have fought on despite suffering from ALS and yet here the MC compares committing suicide to it being a heroic death. I can probably never understand what people with ALS go through and maybe the loss of dignity may cause you to take that extreme step but please don’t call committing suicide as heroic.
