Si-woo emerged out of a convenience store and walked towards the wooden street bench and table – shaded by a garden umbrella – where Soo-ah sat with her head hung despondently.
"Here," he handed her a chilled bottle of water, promptly taking the seat across from her.
Soo-ah accepted the bottled water from him, muttering a grateful 'thank you' before taking several small swallows out of it. He studied her, a mix of worry and puzzlement on his face.
"Could you just try not to get into trouble every time we meet? It seems like I'm always pulling you out of harm's way." There was a bit of frustration in his voice and reluctance on his face.
Soo-ah looked at him, and a hesitant smile touched her lips. "You're not wearing a suit today."
"What?" Si-woo blinked at her statement, looking down at the flannel he wore over a tee shirt. He then looked back at her, wondering if she suffered a slight concussion to her head from the impact of their fall.
