[Mother Volume 2, Chapter 2]
The vast space was filled with nothing but pitch blackness and a deafening silence. On the ground, pebbles were scattered all over the place. The absence of sound and people was unimaginable for any normal person to be in, it was a painting where one can't imagine having a person in it would work. Yet, that absence was then broken by the sound of pebbles and the figure of someone walking from a distance.
Mother walked on the pebbles, with the egg still in her arms as she cradled it. The darkness and pebbles seem to stretch on forever with no end in sight. Mother then found a ruin, where she stepped inside and spotted a small corner shielded by the debris, it was a good place to get some warmth. Having walked for a long time, Mother sat down with the egg still covered by her warm embrace, slowly she leaned her head against the egg and whispered "My child, for why are you still finding yourself inside? Is my love not good enough?" Mother had done her best in order to protect the egg every time she came across those who had wished to taint the egg's purity, she ran so far away from those who wanted to spoil her egg, so far away in fact she had finally reached a place where no one was in sight, she was all alone with her egg now.
But it's fine, because after all, a mother is always right, or at least, in Mother's eyes.
