Fantasia Alliance:

The fantasia alliance used magic and drew said magic from the atmosphere and their mana core. To advance, they simply drew mana to their mana core and purified it. The ranking system for the Fantasia alliance is:

Red core

Orange core

Yellow core

Green core

Blue core

Cyan core

Violet core

White core

For Earth, they didn't use magic, rather they used high level nano combat suits. They are also born with super powers like in fiction.

They are classed like this according to their synchronization rate with their nano suits.

Cadets; 1-10%

Class 1: 11-20%

Class 2: 21-30%

Class 3: 31-45%

Class 4: 46-60%

Class 5: 61-75%

Class 6: 76-90%

Class 7: 91-100%

Of course there are different factors considered in being graded like how good you are at controlling your super power but basically that's how earthlings grade them.
