CHAPTER 2:- LEVELS

In this world people with powers are called awakeners, awakeners are graded by the level of potential that they have.Dio's older siblings,Eric and Emma, successful members of S.A.M.T (special awakened military taskforce) a military organization that recruits elite awakeners from level 4 potential upwards and trains them as enforcers, but is said that the training is very harsh bordering on insane methods but there is no denying that all S.A.M.T enforcers are definitely cream of the crop, Dio has also heard whispers of dark secret organizations that are not to be crossed lest you end up in a ditch somewhere. Both of Dio's older brother and sister held positions of power and influence, their careers built on the foundation of their abilities. Eric, a captain with a level 6 potential,and Emma a level 4 operative,they were distant figures, more shadows in his life than family. Their mother Celine always brags about them to the neighbor's while their father never really stop badgering on about how James would one day rise to be in such a prominent position like his siblings and then oneday the whole family would live in the more noble districts of the city, of course they never mentioned Dio to them he is not even a part of the family.
