Dean got discharged against the doctors advise because his temperature kept going up and down but he insisted because apparently it was staying in the hospital that made him sick, the irony plus he said he had things to do. After what happened that day in the hospital nobody felt safe to be around him except Kylo and Cassian but he had to stay somewhere and his brothers trued to not look like they didn't want him to come back home.
