Tian Hao's Office – Jakarta

Tian Hao stared at the city below, his thoughts racing. In the distance, cranes and construction dotted the skyline—a sign of Subianto’s so-called "reforms." He scoffed inwardly. Subianto was nothing more than a pawn, a fool trying to buy loyalty through change.

Suddenly, a notification blinked on his encrypted comm link. An incoming call. Tian Hao’s brow furrowed. The contact was flagged as Sebastian—a name that stirred both curiosity and suspicion in him.

Tian Hao hadn't heard from Sebastian in years. Their paths had crossed before, always under tenuous circumstances. While Sebastian had never officially worked with the Nine Dragons, there had been moments where their interests had aligned. But things had changed. Why now?

Tian Hao tapped a button, opening the connection.

“Tian Hao. I figured you'd be watching the sky fall from that ivory tower of yours.”

Tian Hao chuckled dryly. “And here I thought you'd fallen off the map. What brings you crawling back into the fold?”
