Inside A Southeast Asian Prison

Late afternoon, over the harsh concrete walls of the prison facility. Barbed wire and security towers line the perimeter as guards patrol lazily, under the assumption that their prisoners—Bintang, David, Eka, and Kiran—pose no immediate threat.

Inside the dimly lit prison, the four allies sit in a shared cell. They’ve been behind bars for months now, ever since the explosive incident where they set fire to one of the Nine Dragons' illicit smuggling vessels. The price they paid for that act was steep—but the message was worth it.

Bintang paces the narrow space, frustration written on his face. David sits cross-legged on the bed, quiet but resolute, his mind turning over their next move. Eka, the former tech prodigy and hacker, fiddles with the remnants of a broken radio, trying to make it work. Kiran, the investigative journalist, sits by the barred window, gazing out at the darkening sky.
