Sebastian watches the readings ... it’s beyond anything they expected.
"His vitals are spiking. This shouldn’t be possible."
Eka types furiously on a console, sweat beading on her forehead. "If he keeps pushing like this, he’s going to burn out."
Bintang clenches his fists, his gaze fixed on the shifting form of his friend. "Then what happens?"
Sebastian answers without looking away. "Then we see if he’s the Phoenix."
The reinforced walls begin to shake. Instruments flicker and glitch. An unnatural heat fills the chamber.
