Today was the seventh day making it 1 week of me and camelia staying in the punishment room.
The wound under my feet already closed. 7days of no food or water, we just laid on the cold ground as though we were dead thanks to my wolf I always say that the moon goddess Love we the warewolf Cos no matter how cold the weather is it will not affect me
We haven't seen light since 7 days now, my throat is sour due to no water to drink.
I heard the entrance door opened means someone was coming. I quickly tapped camelia to wake up as she was sleeping. "wake up" I called.
she woke up weakly rubbing her sleeping eyes "hmm what ?" She said.
think someone is coming" I said. Just then the door to the punishment room was opened .
I could see Lee and Lennox and three other men I haven't see before coming .We quickly looked down.
Lee stepped in the room and the others followed. " Well well, I thought you both will be dead by now, seems you're still strong enough for more punishment".
I have never seen that man smile or even smirk before , maybe because I don't look at his evil face.
The next thing I heard from Lee was "tie both of them in the chair" as they knew we were too weak to stand or even get up from the cold ground.
I have even have chest pain now due to the cold ground I have been sleeping on since the last 7 days. The three unknown men dragged us from the ground harshly and tied us to the chairs prepared for us.
After tying us to the Chair tightly. I know I'll get a mark on my skin after this. Lee dragged a chair and sat before us as he crossed his legs I couldn't see his face.
"Now tell me , what gave you the ordercity to speak to his Highness like that" Lee asked , We both had our heads down as he hated anyone looking at him straight in the eye.
Look up" he barked. We looked up almost immediately. I thought I hated Lennox but I think I'm going to hate this man too.
This was the first time for us to look at him in the face. The man looked younger than the rest of them, probably in his thirty's.
He had black shoulder length hair which he tied smoothly. He trimmed his beards he had black eyes just like his hair that made one get lost while staring at it. But a very dark heart.
When we were still at our cell, everyday we heard screams of slaves in the punishment room. Some don't even come back to their cells means they are dead.
"Now answer my question, and don't make me repeat myself else I'll chop of your heads" Lee said as he squirted his eyes dangerously.
camelia was the one to answer " We..... We didn't do anything" she said stammering. Have mercy on my friend,
"Didn't do anything huh! " Lee said as he stood up from the chair he sat and brought out a dagger from his boot he wore. I already know what he wanted to do.
camelia eyes widened in horror as Lee walked close to her . We watched as he removed the dagger from it's sheath and ran it on camelia arm.
she screamed as blood dripped from her open wound in her arm which was tied on the armrest of the chair.
"Stop it you're hurting her" face me instead you caword ,I didn't know when I said that. But I know I made a wrong move and I don't care I hated the fact that Lee was hurting her
"I thought you were dumb, seems you want to receive the same fate as her" Lee said.
" You're a monster" I Said . Surprisingly Lee chuckled for the first time. But just as it came it went back as he frowned back.
I saw him nodded his head towards Lennox as if sending a secret message to him. Lennox nodded back.
I saw Lennox brought out a cloth and covered my face with it. They began pouring water on my face. The water I didn't taste for 7 days.
I wished I could just die that very moment I was been tortured. When they noticed that I was about dying they'll stop and continue again.
I could hear camelia's voice begging them to stop. I heard as Lee slapped her hard on her face making her spit blood " shut up you little brat , you had your chance". He said to her
When they finally stopped pouring water on my face and Lennox removed the cloth from my face. I was coughing terribly.
The next thing I saw scared me to my bones. I saw as Lennox's head fell from his head and blood splashed on me .
I couldn't see who was behind him before I passed out on the chair.
Lucian was pacing front and back in his room , worried he felt as if hi life was squeeze out of him , before he could think we'll his leg started taking him where he did not know.
Lucian shifted into a wolf as soon as he felt his mate life was in danger. He ran as fast as he can not caring if Anthony was still following him or not.
he finally got to the slavery prison after some minutes.he shifted back to his human form.
He could smell his mate's scent more now. He believed she was here. He saw two guards standing at the entrance door. he shifted into a guard and walked towards the guards.
he composed himself as he nodded at the guards and walked past them, they nodded back to him as a form of greeting.
he walked into the building even though he doesn't know where he was going, he was just following Talia scent his mate.
he finally reached a long passage way. At both sides where cells where the slaves are placed in. He saw some slaves laying on the cold ground, whole some were holding the bars of the cell not caring about the world outside there.
Well he didn't care about them, all he cared about was his mate. But he couldn't scent his mate in any of those cells he just passed by.
There was hundreds of cells. The scent of his mate in here was very faint, meaning she has been taken away from her cell he thought himself.
While going back the corridor he came from, he passed a cell of his mate Talia and camelia. he stopped as he sniffed in the cell, he could smell another person scent too that's Camila but as long as he could smell his mate's scent means she was here.
she was here "he said in his head. And then a guard was passing by the same corridor he was in. he decided to ask the guard where is mate was but immediately object the idea because he does not want to look suspicious.
When the guard was close to him how he asked "where are the slaves in this cell" as he pointed at Talia and Camila's cell.
The guard looked at him from his head to toe before asking " are you new here?".
"umm yes , I don't really know how this place work that why I'm asking" Lucian said .
You're lucky I'm in a good mood today.if only he knows who he is he could have bowed.The slaves are taken to the punishment room". The guard said.
" Oh why? " he asked as though he really wanted to know anything about the slaves but deep down he was already losing his cool. All he wanted was to get his mate out of this damn place.
"To receive punishment what else?" The guard answered.
"Oops sorry my bad, could you tell me where the punishment room is located? "Lucian asked 'probably his mate will be there as she wasn't in her cell with the other person'"he thought in his head.
"Why all these questions?" Not that he did not know where it is located,Now the guard was curious.
" Just incase I'm asked to take the slaves there"Lucian said as he shrugged his broad shoulders.
"Hmm whatever, you'll take your left , down the passage way, the last room is the punishment room" the guard said as he left not wanting to answer any More questions from the annoying new guard.
But just as he took two steps he twisted his neck "thank you" he said to the dead guard as he hid the body.
Some slaves gasped in horror at what Lucian did , while some don't care. Lucian shifted into his normal self not minding the gasps from the slaves as he took the direction the guards told him.
Some guards passed by thinking he was one of them. He finally got to the punishment room as he shifted back to his human form.
He could scent his mate even more now. Just as he opened the entrance door of the room, he saw a man removing a wet cloth from a girls face. The man being none other than Lennox.
He saw two girls tied to a chair, one with blood dripping from her open wound, while the other coughing terribly.
And the one coughing was his mate he had been looking for over three thousand years and they were trying to kill her.
Without even thinking he dashed towards Lennox as he used his sharp nails and sliced his neck. Lennox's head fell of his neck.
Lucian saw his mate's widened eyes before her eyes rolled over her head and passed out.
his eyes was glowing like fire,red, he didn't care for the shocked expression of other's people in the room.
he was so angry at the condition he saw his mate. He untie Talia from the chair as he lifted her in his strong protective arms carefully.
No one dare approached him, as they have never seen him this angry before. His skin was greyish ash and sparkling, eyes were vivid red like fire
His hair was long and braided which be packed into bun. His height was more than a human normal height.
But what was he doing here, why was he carrying a slave with care in his arms? Was she important to him? How did he get here? Was what they were asking but however their questions couldn't be answered.
when he turned and looked at them,who send you to turture her ,Lee came forward and knee down, it's was the alpha order , have mercy you know I follow order.
Lucian walked out of the gates with Talia in his arms. Anthony saw him with a girl coming out of the gates of the slaves prison. 'that must be her' Anthony said in his mind. He didn't enter the building with Lucian, Anthony is the second in command to prince Lucian.
"Well is that her?" Anthony asked as Lucian was closed to him now.
Yes" Lucian replied as he removed the hair away from his mate face to have a better view his. Eye widened when he realised that it's Talia.
"She's so fragile , I don't want to hurt her" Lucian said and Anthony rolled his eyes. ' she's more beautiful' why didn't I notice that before Lucian said in his head.
