" How are you determined that I can give you my father's business just because you came in a name of saving it?"

" You have no choice but to do so because if you don't agree ,you will lose it for good and the worst in all you will be arrested for not paying the workers. Just think about it".

" Are you blackmailing me?"

" No,am making you understand ".

" Do you think I care if I lose the company or I get arrested? If you think so then you're wrong ".

" You might not care. But I care,I mean you saved me before so I should pay the debt you owe me. Don't think that I want to help you because I no reason to help you since am nothing to you".

" Madam,please say yes to his offer for the sake of the workers".

" Since you have agreed, I have some rules to follow. The first rule is, no drinking alcohol before and after work. No late coming. We will be using the same office but the door shouldn't get locked. When we are in the office together. And lastly, everyone is equal here".

" Yes,do you want to comment or correct ".

" Am correcting the first rule a person is allowed to take and do what he/ she want after work ".

" You don't get it miss,I made some research and I found out that some people drink and even forget about their responsibilities. And that is why the company has run bankrupt ,so I fear that to happen again. I hope you now agree with my first rule. Irene call everyone to come back to work".

" Irene is my secretary not yours".

" She is mine to. I hope that I didn't offend you".

( In the office).

" Why does your office smell alcohol? Is it a bar?"

" Leave if you cannot bare the smell. Because you will be smelling it every single day".

" First rule,no drinking alcohol".

" Who told you that I have agreed to your rules?"

" You've to ,because soon enough I will be the top boss. So please in good heart take every bottle of alcohol out of here or I should do it for you".

" Why are you doing all of this?" ( Alexa asks Alex ).

" Because I like,you have any issues with that?".

" You changed so alot ".

" If the world change you have to change with it so that you can fit in it. But on your side, did not change. Instead you became another person. You're not the Alexa I met two years back ".

" She died two months ago and she will never return ".

( Knocking on the office door).

" Mr Alex there is a lady who want to talk to you".

" She said that she is called Cindy and she is your girlfriend".

" By the way ,have all the workers alived ".

" What did he say?"

" He said that don't bother him,he is still talking to his future wife and that is my boss miss Alexa. Don't you see it's a perfect much Alex and Alexa not Alex and Cindy ".

" Heh,don't get angry I was just joking but it is the truth Alex, Alexa ( Irene continuously say the names as she goes away).

( Two weeks later).

( The workers gossiping about Alexa's condition).

"Guys,what happened to madam Alexa? I hear that she have been drinking alcohol everyday since she left her parents' home".

" I also heard that she left because her mother was forcing her to get married to a wealthy man but Alex stopped the wedding that is why he was fired from the job".

" May be she also wanted to get married to that man".

" No,she made a promise to her mother. The man she really loved was Alex and that is also one of the reasons why she left home after quarrelling with her mother. And I bet that Alex was also in love with her or else why could he agree to pay the company's debts".

( Alex hears them and goes towards them).

" Don't you have work to do instead of backbiting others. Do you know that I can fire you now,listen if I ever hear you talking about her ,I won't think twice before I fire you".

" Get back to your work ". ( Alex moves away).

" You see what I told you, he does not want even anyone to talk about her that means that he is in love with her".

" You should keep quiet you rascal I don't want to lose my job because of you".

( After sometime).

" Rule number two,you should come to work early. What is the time now madam Alexa ?" ( Alex asks Alexa ).

" Am not your child that I have to follow your rules. I will come to the office at the time I want".

" Am the top boss here so you will have to follow my rules".

" When will the five months end? Am getting sick and tired of you".

" Four months and three weeks. So far isn't it? Actually, I enjoy your company I hope the five months don't end that soon".

" I hope the five months end tomorrow ".

( At Alex's home).

( Alex remembers what the workers were saying).

" Do I really love her. No that is only people's gossip,I can't love her. But why do I feel comfortable when she is around and I don't want her to leave my side? Alex ,stop that you're just returning the favor there is nothing much. Besides ,she can never love you".

( Knocking on the door,Alex opens the door).

" Cindy!,what are you doing here ?"

" I came to see you".

" Well,am sleepy I won't be able to talk to you have a good night".

" Please,let's talk for a minute. Stop ignoring ".

" Okay come in".

" You said that you wanted to talk to me but you haven't said a word". (Alex tells Cindy).

" I only wanted to be with even for a moment ".

" Stop this Cindy you won't change my mind. I already moved on".

" Let's give us a chance, let's fix our relationship".
