The End of the Trial – The Division Selection

Every warrior must find their place. But not every place is easy to choose…

The candidates stood in a half-circle, while the commanders of the White Wolves watched from elevated platforms above them.

Ten fighters.

Ten who had survived the Wolf Ritual.

And now, their greatest decision lay ahead.

The scoreboards were still visible above them. But now, it was time to decide who belonged where.

Rioji let a moment pass, then spoke in a calm, commanding voice:

"You have chosen your place. But what does it mean?"

"Your name, your division – these do not define you. It is what you do that decides who you are."

His gaze moved over the fighters.

"Each of you now stands at the threshold. A step forward – or a fall into nothingness."

"A warrior is not determined by numbers, but by what they do next."

A faint, crooked smile played on his lips.

"You want your place? Then prove that you deserve it."

"The selection begins now."

1st Division – The Elite Unit

Ezryel & Liebe – The Most Wanted Talents

The first name was called.

Ezryel.

He couldn't just walk forward. His body ached, his shoulder throbbed, and every movement made his breathing heavier. But still, he stood up.

Slowly, without showing the pain, he stepped forward.

Tension rose as the commanders' symbols lit up one after another.

All four commanders wanted him.

Ezryel looked at them.

•Avaris would turn him into a perfect strategist.

•Selene could make him disappear into the shadows.

•Rioji would teach him to survive through sheer resilience.

•But Echo…

Ezryel knew that perfection was only forged in one place.

Ezryel (calm, but with undeniable determination):

"My place is at the top."

With slow, controlled steps, he joined the 1st Division – the undisputed elite.

Echo simply nodded.

Then the second name was called.

Liebe.

He stepped forward, exhausted, but his gaze was clear.

All the symbols lit up for him as well.

He hesitated for a moment. Then, he joined Ezryel.

"Then we walk the same path."

2nd Division – The Tacticians

Kirah – Logic vs. Instinct

As Kirah stepped forward, two symbols lit up.

•Avaris.

•Rioji.

Two very different mentors.

Kirah took a deep breath.

The 4th Division… there, she could have unleashed her instincts.

But she knew where she belonged.

She looked toward Avaris.

She nodded.

"I will join the 2nd Division."

A brief smile crossed Avaris' lips.

3rd Division – The Shadows

Neo & Nia – Family Over Duty

Then came the next decision.

Neo.

Two symbols lit up.

•Selene.

•Rioji.

Neo had a choice.

2nd Division or 3rd Division.

•Avaris would shape him into a strategic genius.

•But Selene…

His sister…

He looked at Nia.

She had chosen the 3rd Division.

Neo closed his eyes.

He had trained in the 2nd Division.

It was the logical step.

But…

He couldn't leave his sister behind.

He opened his eyes.

"I choose the 3rd Division."

Selene simply nodded.

"A wise choice."

4th Division – The Outcasts

Kyro – The Most Controversial Moment of the Ceremony

The commanders' symbols flickered.

All had chosen Kyro – except for Rioji.

Kyro hesitated.

He knew it. Rioji never expected him to choose him.

He saw it as a waste of time.

But Kyro knelt down.

"Rioji."

Not a shout. Not an order.

Just one word, but it echoed through the hall.

Then, in a firm voice:

"I will be part of the 4th Division."

A murmur spread through the crowd.

Rioji slowly raised an eyebrow.

He had expected it.

But for Kyro to kneel before him…

A faint smile – almost invisible.

Yet his voice remained cold.

"Get up before you embarrass yourself further."

Kyro stood.

Rioji crossed his arms.

"You want to be in the 4th Division? Then prove you're worth it."

The Challenger

Every division had chosen Rex.

But he only looked at Kyro.

"He is raw. Wild. Uncontrolled."

A short glance at Rioji.

"But I will shape him."

A faint flicker passed through Rioji's eyes.

Then, he nodded.

"Then be his shield."

Rex:

"I will be his shield, his wall."

They had found their place.

But this was not the end.

It was only the beginning.
