Chapter 185

There was a smile at the corner of his mouth, and his body trembled with excitement. Every cell in his body screamed with joy, urging him to trample over the world and soar freely across it.

Pong

The base of the glass-sealed jar dented under the impact of the magnetic field he released. A gust of wind burst out, blowing the clothes of the various Hera models. Some of them staggered and fell to the ground.

As soon as he took off, a hole tore through the ceiling. Debris scattered, chunks of stone protruding upward.

Bang bang bang bang bang

He had no intention of stopping. The fluctuations in his heart surged violently, each cell roaring, stretching his power freely and wildly.

Once activated, he pierced straight through all fifteen floors of Universe Biotechnology Co., Ltd.'s lab building, blowing through them like a drill.

Hundreds of employees inside the building were stunned. Rocks flew in all directions. Many screamed in terror.

On the first floor, the guards—some of whom had seen Bardi before in the Suicide Slum or atop the Tower of Babylon—watched him now glowing with god-like radiance and power. Under the sunlight, his powerful body became even more awe-inspiring. Their blood surged, their eyes lit with unshakable belief.

"It's the Boss! God! Barmulodi!"

The shout burst out from one guard, his face wild with frenzy, his breath sharp with excitement.

Lex Luthor, working on the ninth floor, suddenly heard the booming noise overhead. He immediately opened the window and stuck his head out.

There, he saw Bardi hovering in the air above the fifteenth floor. His entire body was bathed in sunlight and glowing with golden light, like a god descending.

"BOSS!"

His eyes flared open, and his heart surged with burning heat. His body trembled as he stared fervently at the figure in the sky.

Raven had been on the first floor, standing by to escort Bardi in case of emergency.

The moment the explosion erupted, and the entire building was pierced, her heart clenched. Without hesitation, she summoned her dark magic. Her expression tightened with fury. At this critical moment, she wouldn't allow anyone to harm Bardi.

Dark magic surged around her. Her cloak whipped violently in the air. Beneath her hood, her black-and-white eyes burned with rage, prepared to annihilate any enemy who dared threaten him.

But then she looked up and saw Bardi standing in the light on the fifteenth floor, radiating golden brilliance under the sun.

She froze. She hadn't expected it to be Bardi. Her violent magic dissipated instantly. The anger in her eyes softened into joy. Surprise and delight overtook her.

She lifted her head and smiled brightly.

Bardi broke through the light-absorbing composite glass on the top floor. When the sunlight hit his body again, he paused.

His cells throbbed with joy. The surge made his hair stand on end. His spirit soared alongside his cells, rising with warmth and excitement. He wanted to stomp on the ceiling and shout at the sky.

Under the sun, he wore a radiant smile. Bathed in sunlight, he seemed to fill the entire world with brilliance.

He lowered his eyes and glanced down.

The devout believers below trembled. Blood rushed through their bodies. Their faces flushed with excitement, shouting, "Barmulodi!"

He passed over Lex Luthor, whose fiery gaze now brimmed with admiration. Little Luthor stared up, overwhelmed by awe.

He smiled at Raven.

That brilliance felt like it illuminated the world.

Raven's smile deepened. She clasped her hands and gazed at Bardi, her heart swelling with joy.

Bardi's excitement never faded. The sun continued shining on him, causing his cells to surge like a torrential river.

He didn't intend to restrain it. Instead, he embraced it. As his cells screamed with life, he allowed himself to be swept up in the excitement.

His smile was at its brightest.

Pong

Suddenly, he raised both hands toward the sky. A sonic boom erupted. Cracks spread across the composite glass of the fifteenth floor. The sounds of splitting intensified until they converged at a single point, and the glass finally exploded.

His figure soared upward. The sun flared high above.

Bardi's heart thundered with excitement. His desire roared. His body's magnetic field erupted violently. He no longer wanted any gravitational ties to Earth. He didn't rely on aerodynamics, propulsion, or lift. He manipulated gravitational flow and airflow particles with pure magnetic force, granting himself absolute flight.

He blasted off like a rocket, breaking the sound barrier. His fists burned red-hot from the friction. With a deafening boom, he soared into the sky.

In midair, Bardi laughed freely and wildly.

Behind him, a long white sonic boom cloud trailed into the sky, tearing a path through the heavens.

He blasted through the troposphere, ripping through the sound barrier. The speed spiked even further. His ferocious, frenzied cells roared in triumph. His boiling blood howled, shattering every limitation.

Above the troposphere, a huge cloud ring burst forth, like a colossal white donut stretching across the sky.

He kept going.

Stratosphere.

Mesosphere.

Thermosphere.

Exosphere.

Finally, his eyes crazed with joy, a wild grin on his face, he reached the outer edge of the atmosphere and emerged beyond.

He turned and looked down at the planet below.

Towering clouds cast shadows over the sunlit plains. The winding mountains and thick forests appeared like moss to his eyes.

In the Atlantic, ships the size of sesame seeds left white trails behind them.

Wildfires burned across parts of Africa, sending black smoke into the sky.

Thunderstorms, flashing with lightning, swept across large swaths of Australia. To his eyes, the clouds looked like black dye spilled onto white cotton.

The entire Earth, all of nature, appeared like a three-dimensional landscape painting.

All of it lay before Bardi.

The sun shone behind his towering form, illuminating the defined muscles and curves of his body. His figure seemed to blot out the sun, casting a shadow over the Earth, shielding the planet from sunlight.

He looked down at the world.

He laughed.

Spreading his five fingers, he held them out toward the planet, as if gripping the blue Earth in one hand.

At that moment, a Soviet reconnaissance satellite passing along its orbit captured this exact scene.
