Despite the absence of the others for a whole week, Nolan didn't do anything much different than when they were here. In this morning, the boy sat at the window of his bedroom. Watching the birds and the sky. He hated it. All this freedom. All this happiness. All this control. Instinctively, the boy closed one eye before throwing a small rock at one bird. He got him and the bird fell on the floor. Nolan looked down to the animal for some reason. Leaving his bedroom, he went down the stairs then led outside before ending up at the bird's height. The animal was still moving a little bit. Nolan watched it fixedly. Now he liked it. Without thinking, the boy crashed it with his foot, ending the life of the animal. Then he left, small parts of blood dispatching according to the boy's steps.

After the week, the quartet came back home. The front doors opened as Calvin was the first one to enter.
"Why do I have this impression that it got bigger?" Asked Shawn.
"That's because you were used to your small bedroom." Said Flora, joking.
"Nolan, you there?" Declared Calvin. But there was no answer from the boy.
"He is probably sleeping." Said the redhead boy.A sudden noise was hear, disturbing the quartet who turned to it quickly. Noises were coming from the kitchen. They all moved to it slowly. In there, Nolan was cooking. The boy turned at the same time before stopping, crossing the eyes of everyone. On the table stood tons of different pastries, such as cakes, cookies and else. It looked delicious and there was a noticeable pattern of red on them.
"What is all of that?" Asked Flora, confused.
"I made you pastries." Answered the boy.
"You... You're the boss, man!" Shouted out Shawn more than happy before leading to the table to grab a pastries and eating it right away.
"Gosh and its good!"
"So during your free time you learn to cook for us or what?" Questioned Calvin.
"I like cooking."
"What's with the red?" Asked Flora.
"I like red.. You don't?" He asked with such a face that the woman could almost felt guilty about her question.
"I do. I like red." She answered to not hurt the feelings of the youngest. But as all were starting to eat the pastries together, in the kitchen an object at the corner of the ceiling was constantly illuminating red. It was non other than a camera. They didn't know about it. The Institut didn't tell them. Well, except Nolan who voluntarily eating a pastries looked at the camera while beating in the donut for which a red strawberry creme came out of it. The boy had a soft smile on his face. He liked red.

At the Institut, brown eyes looked at all the screens transmitting what was happening in the mansion. A smile dressed on the face of the individual, then a soft laugh.
"Just do it..." Mumbled the female voice as if she was addressing herself to someone in particular.

After this reunion, the morning class came quickly. All arrived at school in time and their first class was P.E. To the despair of Flora who didn't like that but to the pleasure of Shawn who loved P.E class. In there, the group of five alongside their classmates were warming up before the lesson. But as they were all running in the big basketball field located outside, a boy started to annoy Nolan. ''Move man!'' Screamed the boy in question. Nolan was not reacting, ignoring him. But obviously, the other boy was unhappy about that. He suddenly pushed Nolan hardly, making him fall on the ground. Nolan fell strongly on the floor, his arms scratching on the ground.
"Nolan!" Screamed Iris, worried before all the group stopped and led to the boy.
"Are you fucking dumb?!" Shouted out Flora to the boy.
"He didn't want to move." Replied the individual not bothered by his own action. As Shawn helped Nolan to stand up, the teacher arrived to them.
"What happened there?" He questioned before realizing the situation.
"He's bleeding." Said Shawn.Indeed, Nolan's hands and arms were bleeding.
"Someone take him to the infirmary--"
"I can just go to the bathroom." Interrupted the youngest. Seeing the look of his student, the teacher preferred not to contradict him.
"Understood. Go then." Said the man before turning to the boy who pushed Nolan. "As for you, you'll see the director right now! You're suspended from class! Out!"
The boy groaned, seeing nothing wrong in what he did. He left the ground first, giving a dark look to Nolan. After that, the teacher went back to the rest of the students while Nolan's friends were taking care of him.
"Are you sure you're gonna be okay?" Asked Calvin.
"You should put something on your arms--"
"I'm good." Answered Nolan before leaving suddenly without adding more. The quartet got quickly surprised. They would certainly not react the same way than him.

The door of the bathroom opened as Nolan entered. The boy led to one of the sink and opened the water. He passed his arms under it but as the blood started to mix with the water, he stopped. His eyes were stuck on it. On this blood. This red blood. Bothered by an itch, the boy passed a hand on his face instinctively. But looking at the mirror he stopped. He got blood on his face now. Nolan fixed himself. The water was still flowing in the sink and the blood from his hands holding the sink were falling on it and the floor. It did look like he killed someone. But as the boy fixed himself for a moment, suddenly the door opened. It was non other than the other boy who pushed him earlier. He obviously didn't go to the director's office as asked by his teacher. "Cry baby..." Mumbled the boy passing behind Nolan.Nolan's eyes widened suddenly. He turned and grabbed the boy before tackling him violently against the wall. "Argh!!"The dark haired boy started to squeeze his hand even more on the boy's throat, blocking him from breathing more and more. Nolan's eyes were not responding. They were blank. As if he just lost control of everything. The boy on his side, was kicking his arm, trying to get away from Nolan's grip. But nothing worked. Nolan kept squeezing more and more, his fingers piercing into the boy's skin. Suddenly the alarm of the school rang. Nolan blinked. He just came back to his thoughts. He looked at the boy, seeing him being as pale as the walls. The boy's eyes started to become smaller, just as if he was loosing his conscious. Nolan fixed him for a moment, an empty look on his face. Then he suddenly got loose of him. The boy fell hardly on the floor, putting his hands at his throat by instinct, as trying to catch up the most air that he could. He got Nolan's hand mark on his throat. On his side, Nolan looked at the boy from above, disgusted by him. They crossed eyes for a moment. The boy was frightened by Nolan. Shivering and almost crying. Then Nolan simply left. He hated being bothered.
