“I left my mom back home and I took this offer just to meet the debts… So will you pay me the said amount if I listen to your needs?” She asked in her feeble voice.

“Needs Hmm… How about you strip off right now and lie down on the bed?” 

“What?” She exclaimed in horror.

“You heard me,” he sounded dead serious. Layla gulped down the heavy lump that she had been holding for quite some time.

"My brother…" James heard her anxious voice filled with concern as she paused on her steps. Her eyes blurred with a fresh set of tears and suddenly kneeled down in front of her.

"Pl-Please… sir; Save my brother… I-I'll do anything for you…" Her voice quivered as James watched her helpless state. Jenny kept her gaze lowered as she prayed for her dear brother. The wounds of betrayal must be fresh on his part, she thought in her mind.

"Your brother is safe with me… Jenny." She shot open her eyes at the answer she never expected. "Now… get up and stop hurting yourself."

"Jenny! Do you trust me?" He intervened leaving her no time to finish her query. She took a step back as he lunged forward and held her shoulder tightly. His eyes bore into hers, waiting for the answer that she still hadn't delivered.
