Music Dao
No one was able to predict what Ye Ming's next moves were going to be about.
However, one thing was certain. They better keep their feet on the ground and refrain from acting out of line.
Just one mistake and it could end up in imprisonment. The worst-case scenario is True Death.
Although Ye Tuo desperately pleaded for mercy from Ye Xuan, it was evident that the latter had no intention of intervening.
After all, Ye Qing Lei might have stayed silent and calm the entire duration. Her gaze was rather distant and cold when shifting between Ye Tuo and Ye Gou.
With the undeniable and concrete evidence shown, followed by Ye Ming's adamant decree, no one would dare to veto him.
Not Ye Xuan, and definitely not Ye Qing Lei, who was clearly on Ye Ming's side.
However, much to their surprise, Ye Qing Lei suddenly spoke up.
Unfortunately, it wasn't to plead for their mercy.
"Son, it's still a joyous day of your return, so how about we delay the True Death until the celebration is over?" She said softly.
Ye Ming was a bit taken aback.
'Hmm, delaying it could spell trouble though.' He thought to himself.
There were too many cliche and destructive scenarios that happened when villains were granted the chance to live or escape.
He didn't wish for those kinds of development to occur. But at the same time, he found it hard to reject his mother's suggestion.
As if understanding his worries, Ye Qing Lei suddenly snapped her fingers. Soon, Ye Tuo and Ye Gou felt an intense burn in their very own soul.
"The two of them have been marked by mother. As long as I wish for it, the two would vanish from the universe forever." Ye Qing Lei explained.
"Hmm, but what about—" Before Ye Ming could finish his words, he was cut off.
"Rest assured, the two shall be detained as well. Ye Tuo's wife and other relatives related to them closely would also be monitored and screened. I've already sent my servants to capture them." Ye Qing Lei calmly said and drank a small sip from her teacup.
Meanwhile, Ye Ming became amused and simply nodded his head. He was positive that she didn't just start the action after his declaration. But rather, she had already done it prior to his appearance here in the Clan Hall.
After all, she had planted servants near him, albeit in a concealed manner so as to not affect him. Nevertheless, it meant that his conversation with Ye Chang was relayed to his mother.
"Since Mother has such a concern, then as your son, I should oblige by it." Ye Ming smiled lightly.
Shortly after his approval, two servants appeared from nowhere and grabbed Ye Tuo and Ye Gou away.
The action was done in less than 3 seconds, which goes to show their efficiency and power.
With those two gone, the attention now shifted to Ye Shou and Ye Ling.
Ye Shou knew it was hopeless to argue, so he simply kept quiet. It was better off than arguing and getting the True Death punishment or incriminating his family.
Alas, silence wasn't going to help him either.
"True Death for Ye Shou as well. Since he wants to be pleasure so much, let him be swamped by a few hungry beasts as well." Ye Ming declared.
"Although none of his family assisted him, they knew about his perverted nature and allowed him to continue such acts. Therefore, they shall be subjected to punishment under Ye Chang's original judgment." He continued.
A few seconds later, Ye Shou and his parents were also taken away by the servants of Ye Qing Lei.
Finally, only Ye Ling remained from the list of people that Ye Ming had called out.
Ye Ling, on the other hand, was rather calm and composed. She didn't speak up though, lest his maid, Qing Lan, might rush over to her side and thrash her legs.
"You don't seem to be afraid." Amused, Ye Ming was wondering why she could remain so calm.
Did she think she was going to be spared just because she was a woman?
Or perhaps, did she believe he wasn't the type to punish women?
"You are permitted to talk by the way." He continued, wanting to see if she got any defense.
Sure enough, once permitted to speak, Ye Ling explained, "I didn't kill, loot, or coerce anybody."
She didn't bother to talk about rape because she was someone who focused on the Music Dao. As if she would allow her heart and mind to be tainted by something dirty like that.
Naturally, Ye Ming wasn't going to beat around the bush this time and talk about something ridiculous.
Instead, he directly snapped his fingers. Soon, a world depicted in the hologram was shown.
In the world, one could see mortals farming lands, going to work, warring, and many more things.
"This lower world or what you all commonly referred to as Mortal World is something I managed." He calmly explained.
However, nobody understood his point except for Ye Ling, whose eyes widened in disbelief and shock. She stumbled slightly back, clearly unable to remain standing for long.
When the crowd noticed how the confident Ye Ling started to act abnormally, they had a bad premonition.
"It can't be that Senior Ye Ling also got caught red-handed?"
"I thought she was cleared because of how confident she appeared though."
"But Senior Ye Ling practiced the Music Dao. It's impossible for her to ruthlessly kill people."
As the younger generation gossiped among themselves, Ye Ming soon answered their doubts.
"The Mortal World is called Guanyin World. It was supposedly named to honor the famous Buddhist goddess, but who could have imagined it. The world is dead and even my assigned Heavenly Dao was restricted like some captured animal."

The moment Ye Ming finished his sentence, Qing Lan already made a move and imposed a terrifying aura upon Ye Ling.
Ye Ling tried to resist and endure, but her cultivation was quickly sealed. She directly crashed to the ground, and blood splattered out from her mouth.
Meanwhile, Ye Ming stood up and his cold eyes hovered above Ye Ling.
"To improve your Music Dao. You went to this mortal world and trapped everyone in your music illusion, constantly using them to nurture your Music Dao. They all appeared alive, but they were dead and it's merely a facade used to deceive others."
