Onar stepped out of the room with Zoser, her words drifting to him like whispers carried by the wind: "This conversation must remain a secret between us. You will come to me daily, and I will teach you a few things." She reassured him gently, assuring that she would explain the situation to Orion and Lina in a way that would raise no suspicions.
As they stepped outside, they were met by Orion and Lina, who had been waiting anxiously. Without hesitation, Orion and Lina rushed toward him, their eyes filled with deep concern and care.
Orion: "Zoser, are you alright?"
Zoser's heart fluttered in his chest as he met their gaze, feeling a warmth wash over him, as if all his burdens lightened just by seeing their worried faces. He responded in a quiet but grateful tone:
Zoser: "I'm fine, thank you."
The attention shifted to Onar, who observed the scene silently. Lina, with caution, asked:
Lina: "What happened to him?"
Onar answered in a calm voice, with a blend of tenderness and wisdom:
Onar: "He's just a child of four, and he's been through so much in such a short time. It's natural for him to feel exhaustion and fatigue. He'll need continuous care, and I'll check on him daily to ensure his well-being and give him the necessary medication."
Orion, deeply grateful, thanked Onar warmly and offered her money as a token of appreciation for her efforts. However, Onar gently refused, her voice carrying a note of humility:
Onar: "There's no need for that. Zoser helped in finding the herb for my beloved Kaiera, and that is enough ."
Orion and Onar exchanged more words of thanks, and before they parted ways, Onar looked at Zoser with a serene smile and added:
Onar: "Don't forget to come to me in the morning to continue your treatment."
Zoser looked at her, his eyes filled with gratitude, and smiled softly before replying, "I won't forget. Thank you."
With that, the three of them returned to the inn, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Zoser's journey, one filled with care, support, and a flicker of hope beating steadily in his heart.
In the morning, after breakfast:
Zoser asked permission from Orion and Lina, saying: "I will go to Onar to continue the treatment."
Orion and Lina exchanged a worried glance, but they understood that Zoser needed this time. They decided to leave him to experience it with Onar while they continued their own work with healing and learning.
Outside the hotel, in the open air:
Zoser arrived at the agreed place and found Onar waiting for him. She was standing calmly, her eyes gleaming with wisdom, as though she embodied nature itself, inspired by everything around her.
Onar spoke gently: "Welcome, Zoser. Today we will begin the first lesson."
Zoser stepped forward, filled with both nervousness and excitement at the same time.
Onar: "In the air around us, there is an energy called ether. It is an invisible energy, but it exists everywhere, playing a vital role in the life of every living being. We cannot see it with the naked eye, but we live it, breathe it, and inhale it. Learning how to use the ether is the key to your strength."
Zoser felt this message deeply, but he wondered how it was connected to everything he had been through.
Onar: "But ether is not the only one. There is also the energy of the body and the energy of the mind, and all of them are interconnected. Ether is the link between them. We will start by understanding how to control it, and how it can help you develop all your energies."
Zoser paused for a moment as Onar continued:
Onar: "Our ancestors succeeded in creating a power system called 'The Essence of the Gods.' This system is based on the balance of three main axes: spirit, mind, and body. Each of us has a different ability to balance these axes, and this balance determines our strength and skills."
"Everyone has a hidden spark inside them, as if it is a dormant power waiting to be awakened. If a person learns how to nurture it, their power will multiply."
Then Onar continued with greater wisdom:
Onar: "The spirit, linked to the heart and will, gives you the ability to control the vital energy, helping you heal quickly and opening doors to spiritual storms. The mind, linked to creativity and intelligence, grants you the ability to use magic and read ancient symbols. As for the body, it provides you with superhuman strength, endurance, and speed."
"Through continuous training, you can connect with a god that aligns with your power. For example, those with high spiritual power might connect with Ra or Isis, while those with mental power can connect with Thoth or Set, and those with physical strength can connect with Anubis or Sekhmet."
Zoser listened attentively, trying to decode this larger picture that was beginning to clarify for him.
Onar: "Once you start developing these axes, you can reach different levels. First, you start as a beginner, then progress to an apprentice, followed by the fighter stage, and finally, you become balanced. With each increase in level, your spiritual and mental power will double."
Onar continued her explanation in more detail: "Each level contains three sub-stages: early, intermediate, and peak. But first, you must start from the foundation, which is understanding ether and how to control it."
Onar continued speaking in a calm tone, yet full of wisdom: "You must learn how to balance the ether around you with your internal energies. As for the levels, each one contains three stages. You must first open the ether pathways within your body."
Zoser started to feel a bit anxious, so he asked her: "But how do I begin? And how can I be sure that I am using the ether correctly?"
Onar smiled a calm smile and pointed to the sky. "Ether is present in everything around us: in the air, in the water, in the earth. It flows like the air you breathe. All you need to do is focus and open your heart and mind to absorb this energy."
Then she approached him and explained: "Let's start with breathing. It is the key. When you start breathing deeply, you will feel the ether enter your body. Closing your eyes will help you focus, but at first, you may feel unsteady."
Onar added: "The path to balance is not easy. It requires practice and patience. Remember, everyone has hidden energy inside them, but not everyone discovers it easily. That's what distinguishes individuals who connect with heroes or gods."
Zoser took a deep breath, closed his eyes, and tried to follow Onar's instructions. He began to feel something invisible entering his body, as if the light breeze was caressing his skin.
Onar paused for a moment and then said: "You are now feeling the ether. Keep breathing and try to let it spread through your body. The more you collect this ether, the more you will feel a force flowing from within you."
As Zoser breathed slowly, he began to feel waves of energy crossing through his body, almost as though they were providing him with a power he had never felt before.
Onar: "Now, I want you to focus on your spirit. Try to connect with your heart. Feel your willpower. When you link the ether with your spirit, you will begin to control it more effectively."
Zoser began to feel a strange balance, as if everything around him was harmonizing with his breathing. The ether flowed freely inside him, and his body felt more flexible.
Onar: "Now, let's move on to a bigger step. I want you to try to direct the ether into your hand. Hold your hand and close your fingers. Try to imagine the ether gathering in your palm."
Zoser focused intently and noticed that his hand began to lift slightly, as though the energy he was gathering was creating an invisible effect, but one he could feel.
Onar: "Well done. But this is too quick! Has someone taught you before?"
