The smiling-face mask man nodded to his similarly masked companions nearby. He then pulled out a photo of Arthur's face from somewhere, confirming without a doubt.
Two CP0 agents were left to evacuate the civilians. He and another member with a red mask and sunflower-like hairstyle immediately approached.
"Seabury D. Arthur?" The smiling-face mask man seemed to be asking a question, but his tone was extremely certain.
"What do you want?" Arthur stopped. A glint of eagerness flashed in his eyes, knowing that the showdown was about to begin.
He was very excited—Since obtaining the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, he had never had a truly satisfying battle to vent his emotions.
Today, he could finally fight to his heart's content.
"The World Government has issued a summons. Please come with us!" The masked man's tone was incredibly forceful, leaving no room for doubt.
"Oh? You seem very confident—thinking I'll definitely go with you?" Arthur's body began to tremble with excitement, his state adjusted to its peak.

Lightning stimulated his cells, increasing his attack speed. Blue currents jumped on his leg as he kicked out fiercely.
