Clang!
The Golden Susanoo, wielding a dazzling golden sword, slashed down in a single, decisive motion.
The once-mighty Susanoo of the Sage of Six Paths, revered as an indestructible force, was now fragile in comparison.
It was nearly split in half by the strike.
"Old man, are you sure you can handle this? Maybe we should stop now."
Nine Tails, residing within the Sage of Six Paths, spoke with a rare tone of fear.
To him, Yuta now seemed even more terrifying than the Ten Tails itself.
Sage of Six Paths' face darkened as he forcefully restored his Susanoo.
He said, "If we don't stop him now, Yuta will use you as a sacrifice for the Ten Tails. Once that happens, Ten Tails will reach its full power, and you will cease to exist."
His mind raced. The golden sword, imbued with Tenseigan's Golden Wheel Rebirth Explosion, was far sharper than he had anticipated.
Even his Six Paths Susanoo, a technique designed to withstand battles against deities, was no match for it.
He had underestimated Yuta.
Originally, he believed that even if Yuta had become the Ten Tails Jinchūriki, he would still be able to handle him.
After all, he had once been the first to harness the Ten Tails' power.
Coupled with the experience gained from his prolonged battle with his mother, he was confident in his ability to counter it.
But now, something was off.
Yuta hadn't even absorbed the Ten Tails but his strength rivaled what the Sage of Six Paths had possessed as a Jinchūriki.
That was impossible.
Realizing that waiting any longer would only spell his doom, the Sage of Six Paths decided to strike first.
With his Susanoo restored, he controlled the massive blue Susanoo to swing it's sword towards Yuta with terrifying speed.
Yuta indifferently said, "I told you... there is a big gap between our levels."
Yuta didn't even move.
His Golden Susanoo reached out with one hand and caught the incoming blade.
"What?"
The Sage of Six Paths was stunned.
His mind refused to accept what his eyes were witnessing.
Even the Ten Tails would face some trouble against a direct hit from his Susanoo.
But, Yuta had just stopped it bare-handed as if it were nothing.
In his brief moment of shock, Yuta calmly raised his other hand, and gathered a vast amount of chakra.
He murmured.
"Eighty Gods Vacuum Fists."
A blinding white light engulfed the sky.
From the perspective of earth, it seemed like a second sun had appeared at the edge of the moon.
The devastating energy wave struck the Sage of Six Paths' Susanoo.
In an instant, the once-mighty giant was reduced to nothingness.
The Sage of Six Paths himself was launched into the depths of space by the sheer force of the attack.
Below, Hamura and Toneri, both possessing the Tenseigan, were speechless.
Especially Toneri.
Just moments ago, he had believed that the Sage of Six Paths was invincible.
But now, that very same Sage of Six Paths had been obliterated in an instant—just like him before.
But there was a key difference.
If Toneri had been in the Sage of Six Paths' position, he wouldn't have been sent flying.
He would have been killed on the spot.
Toneri finally realized the truth.
Yuta had never even used his full power against him.
Compared to the Sage of Six Paths, he was nothing.
And compared to Yuta...
The Sage of Six Paths was nothing.
High above, the Sage of Six Paths gritted his teeth as he forced himself back.
If not for his Rinnegan's repulsion ability, he might have been sent flying into the endless void of space.
Still, the damage to his pride was worse than the damage to his body.
He wanted to ask Yuta how he had reached such a level of power.
But he couldn't bring himself to say those words.
Seeing the unspoken question in his eyes, Yuta simply smirked.
He said, "You underestimate Kaguya's power."
"Kaguya never fully mastered her abilities. Take the Eighty Gods Vacuum Fists for example. She never even tapped into its true potential."
"Maybe that's why she created you and Hamura. Perhaps she realized her own limitations and tried to compensate by passing her strength onto her children."
Yuta's eyes glowed as he took a step forward.
He said, "Unfortunately, you made a fatal mistake. You mistook Kaguya's displayed power for the limits of her abilities."
"Now, let me show you what a true difference in our levels."
The Rinnegan in his eyes burst with radiant energy.
"You may have seen Kaguya use this move before—"
"Amenominaka!"
In an instant—
Both Yuta and the Sage of Six Paths vanished.
Toneri's eyes darted around, frantically searching around with his Tenseigan.
Nothing.
Not a single trace of chakra remained.
"Did they teleport? Some kind of space-time jutsu?"
Toneri muttered, still scanning the area.
Hamura's face grew solemn.
"Amenominaka..."
A memory resurfaced in his mind.
A long, long time ago, when he and his brother had fought against Kaguya, she had used this same technique.
His eyes widened in realization.
"They've left this world entirely."
...
The sky was a sickly yellow-green.
The ground was composed of unnatural red soil.
Sage of Six Paths' eyes narrowed as he surveyed his surroundings.
This place...
He had been here before.
Back when he had fought his mother, Kaguya.
This was the ability of Amenominaka—a personal dimension.
After sealing Kaguya, he had tried to master all of her abilities for years.
But some techniques had remained beyond his reach.
He had never been able to replicate Amenominaka.
He had never been able to wield All-Killing Ash Bones.
Because his level of life/realm was never as high as Kaguya's.
Now, looking at Yuta, he wondered if he had truly surpassed even Kaguya?
