Qin Yi's talent was extraordinary, and the power of this elderly man was unfathomable. Additionally, the conditions he promised made it difficult for the Elders to refuse. Even though they looked down on the 6,000 men led by Qin Yi, they reluctantly agreed.

Firstly, they didn't want to offend Senju Hashirama, the Hokage. Many clans within Konoha were united under Hashirama's leadership which is a significant political factor. Secondly, even if they formed an alliance, the impact on Konoha wouldn't be significant, a matter of practical benefits.

With both of these factors in play, Konoha's alliance became a natural outcome.

After some pleasantries, Qin Yi, accompanied by Gandalf and the two generals, departed.

The final result was that, one day later, Senju Hashirama and Qin Yi would sign the alliance contract.

In fact, when Konoha was first founded, many smaller villages surrounding the Nation of Fire had come to Konoha seeking protection and signing various agreements. Qin Yi and his group were just one of many.

Once the news spread, there was no great commotion within the village, but the people on the streets looked at them with slightly more goodwill.

Upon returning to the residence arranged for them in Konoha, the two generals immediately approached.

"Your Majesty, the contract you proposed is too unfair to us!"

"Yes, if we sign the alliance, all we get are some food, seeds, and weapon supplies. But what we must give in return is participation in future wars!"

The two generals, who had been holding their frustrations in check, erupted at once.

Upon hearing these words, Qin Yi remained calm.

"Please, Generals, calm down."

Gandalf, meanwhile, smiled and listened. After tapping his staff on the ground a few times, he nodded at Qin Yi.

Outside the courtyard where the four were staying, in a secluded and hidden alley.

"They can't hear us. The other side has perceptive Shinobi."

"Let's retreat. Since that's the case, we have no purpose staying here."

A low voice echoed.

After a brief exchange, two shadowy figures swiftly disappeared.

Back inside the house, Qin Yi slowly spoke.

"Do you think the clause where Konoha will not be involved in future wars, but we must take part, is unfair?"

After the two generals nodded, Qin Yi continued.

"But have you thought about it this way? Without this clause, Konoha might not agree to form an alliance with us at all!"

"Not to mention the food, seeds, and weapons."

The two generals remained dissatisfied and loudly spoke out: "Even so, we should not sign such an unequal contract."

"Once they get involved in a major war, we will be dragged into it."

Qin Yi looked up, smiling slightly, and said: "Generals, don't you know that when we stepped into this world, battle was inevitable?"

"For us, it doesn't matter who we fight or when we fight."

"Furthermore, we need such battles to train our soldiers and quickly improve our strength."

"As for Konoha's status and their power, you may not fully understand yet."

Saying this, Qin Yi looked at Gandalf.

"Gandalf, explain it briefly to them."

Gandalf didn't refuse, nodding before directly speaking up.

"During the day, I observed Konoha and listened in on their villagers' conversations. From bits and pieces of information, I was able to gather some useful intelligence."

"First of all, Konoha belongs to the Nation of the Fire, and its role is primarily as the country's fighting force. As we can see, most of its members are Shinobi!"

"Shinobi are divided into three ranks: Genin, Chunin, and Jōnin. Among them, Chunin are the backbone, the most numerous, and can serve as squad leaders, leading teams in battle and missions."

"Jōnin, on the other hand, are the key forces within the village. They are the strongest individuals, so they are rare in number, but able to take on ten opponents by themselves. They are extremely powerful."

"Next is the Kage level. Each village has only one Kage, and they are the most powerful. In my observations, Konoha has two such individuals. One is Senju Hashirama, and the other is Uchiha Madara, whom you saw today!"

"These two individuals possess terrifying strength. I estimate that they could each single-handedly defend against an entire nation!"

The simple statements by Gandalf left both generals gasping in shock, their eyes wide in disbelief.

"Don't think it's impossible. In this world, where humans have widely learned to harness natural forces, this outcome is highly probable." Gandalf added.

Qin Yi nodded. Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara were known as legends, their power unimaginable to ordinary people.

Had it not been for his unexpected actions in the previous battle, an ordinary Shinobi would likely have been killed in a single encounter with Uchiha Madara.

This wasn't an exaggeration; after all, that was the legendary Madara!

"In Konoha, the number of Shinobi with such power is roughly around 20,000!"

This statement left both generals dizzy with shock.

Qin Yi's nation, at full strength, only had 10,000 combatants, and after suffering major losses since arriving in this world, only about 6,000 remained. But this seemingly ordinary village of Konoha had a terrifying fighting force of 20,000!

"At the same time, Konoha is an absolutely dominant force in this world! Among the Five Great Nations, they are the top power!"

At this point, Gandalf stopped speaking.

"Konoha's power is immense. If they decided to pacify this chaotic world..."

"They could completely wipe out the other four great nations."

Qin Yi also spoke slowly.

At this moment, both generals were deeply shocked, listening intently. Their worldview clashed with that of this new world. Many of the exaggerated statements were completely unimaginable to them.

"It is already fortunate that we have the opportunity to connect with Konoha."

"In reality, even with our full strength, just Hashirama and Madara alone would make it very difficult for us to confront them!"

Sighing, Qin Yi continued.

The strength disparity in the Hokage world was indeed terrifying, with the weak being mere civilians and experts likened to gods, the gap between them impossible to calculate.

The two generals' faces grew grim, and they fell silent.

"For now, our task is to rely on their support, settle down first, and then quickly develop."

"We must make every soldier into an excellent Shinobi. Only then will we survive in this world!"

"To achieve this, some things must be sacrificed, and some of your perspectives must be changed."

Qin Yi spoke seriously, addressing the two generals.

"Yes, Your Majesty!"

At that moment, the two generals, both in their thirties or forties, seemed like children, listening intently to Qin Yi's every word.

In these past few days, they had been stunned by Qin Yi more times than they could count.
