Chapter 3: An Unlikely Encounter
Ji-Hyun stood confidently in front of Min-Soo's desk, her portfolio open to showcase her event planning designs.
"Good morning, Mr. Min-Soo," she said, her tone professional. "I'm Ji-Hyun, the owner of JH Events. We were appointed as the contractors for your company's New Year's party."
Min-Soo looked up from his phone, his eyes narrowing slightly as he took in Ji-Hyun's appearance. It was the same woman he had encountered at the restaurant a few days ago.
"Ah, yes," he said finally, his tone brusque. "I remember you. You're the... decorator."
Ji-Hyun's eyes flashed with annoyance at the disdainful tone, but she kept her cool. "I'm the event planner, Mr. Min-Soo. I'll be handling the decorations, catering, and overall logistics for the party."
Min-Soo raised an eyebrow, his expression skeptical. "I see. Well, I expect nothing but perfection. This party is a big deal for our company, and I won't tolerate any mistakes."
Ji-Hyun's jaw clenched in frustration, but she nodded politely. "I understand, Mr. Min-Soo. I'll make sure everything is perfect."
As the meeting progressed, Ji-Hyun and Min-Soo continued to clash, their personalities and working styles clearly incompatible. Ji-Hyun found herself growing increasingly frustrated with Min-Soo's condescending attitude, while Min-Soo seemed to take pleasure in pushing her buttons.
Despite the tension between them, Ji-Hyun was determined to prove herself and deliver an unforgettable party. Little did she know, this was just the beginning of a complicated and intense relationship with the elusive Min-Soo.
