I woke up the next morning with a yawn. I remember going to sleep early but how could I wake up so late? And how could I feel comfortable waking up still yet in this room?
I looked around.
Keri wasn't here.
I stared at the door. It still was locked and I was sure the guards guarding over me must still be there.
I stood and went to the bathroom to wash my face. I felt a bit dizzy and fuzzy and somehow felt like going back to sleep.
I didn't have anything to do today anyways, I was in a room arrest and could even hardly feel the sun on my shoulders.
Could life get anymore tiring?
I heard the door unlock open and a sigh from Keri as she walked into the room. Just then the door went shut and locked again.
"Almira, where are you?" I heard her drop something down, probably a tray.
"Almira?" I went out of the bathroom, my face moist. "Aren't you afraid someone might hear you call your superior by her name?"
