Darius waited for a while to think of a solution. He felt with his hand the wall around the opening, and the barrier was only at the opening. which means he could dig his way from here. He was not in shape of using his magic again, and even if he was, his current cultivation was not this strong to break this barrier. he used his senses to find where the walls are thinnest. when he found the spot he brought opened his dairy for the leaves. Darius was thinking it was either going to turned out an one of amazing idea, or the great idiocy. But what option was he left with. He started making a hole in the wall from the sharp edges of one leaf. surprisingly the leaf was sharp enough to actually make fine cuts through the stone, that if Darius was any artist he could have make some super fine sculptures out of stone here. He had dig almost half of the wall, but the leaf didn't go blunt.
The hysterical laughs again rang in Darius mind and his hands started shaking. He tried to calm down and moved his hand faster. The glow was coming close. With a sound of a stone dropping outside on the ground. He reached at the tiny opening. It took him a few minutes to make it enough big that he could crawl out of it.
Coming out of the land like an earthworm, Darius eyes flickered at the first ray of moon light on his face. Few seconds past his eyes adjusted to the environment.
"OH MY GOD!."
That were the only words he could manage in his awe of the view he was standing in front. A beautiful violet sky, with uncountable star cluster. he could see one of the cluster near the horizon, and the other over the sky. Which he took as the two constellation in question for today's festival. the two moons were shining bright. One was full moon, and the other was half moon, which reminded him when he arrived it was one half and the other new moon.
"Have I been fainted for fifteen days, Or it took me fifteen days to came out? No i came out in one night. Then i definitely passed out for fifteen days. But who knows what time it took these moons to travel."
He talked to himself, and suddenly felt the ground shaking.
"What the hell i am doing here? i will be doomed if the princess came out."
With that the sun dawned upon him that he is actually standing on the peak of an unknown height mountain, that was supposed to be a volcano. and the amazing scenery he was enjoying was actually the land several miles beneath him. at the backside of the volcano was the forest, illuminating purple light. The same forest in which he got teleported to this land. Not a wise move to go back there. What if the Serpents find him again. In front of him was terrains for a short distance and something looking similar to some kind of civilisation after that. He decided to move in that path, before some one finds him out, or worse, if the princess came out in the rage of her newly gained powers.
He started his journey down the mountain, The mountain was full of stones, unruly path, He couldn't find any plant life on it. there were some patches of some dark liquid, fumes coming out of it, melting the stones and ground. the stinky smell reminded Darius of the dungeons. He make sure to stay out of that liquid, and chooses to go down cautiously instead of in hurry. He was his half way down that the sky glowed. An amazing meteor shower, with the colour spectrum out of the comprehension of a normal person, just started. within the meteor shower, there was one prominent bright golden meteor. As soon as that one passes, a silver aurora appeared. lengthening from sky to the ground. When the light touched Darius, he felt the shrug of energy developing inside his body. It healed is wounds. He decided to take advantage of the moment of started cultivation.
The amount of energy was way more then what was his usual cultivation energy was until now. he started channelling His inner core to the outer. then tried to connect himself with the nature. He was feeling his senses enhanced. He could feel the movement of air, crossing through the edges of the mountain terrains. He felt the rustling of leaves, which means that he is near the bottom, where the plant life has started appearing. May be he could find something to eat. He was now able to feel each and every part of his own body, from the tip of his toe nails to the tips of his air. The flow of blood, flow of energy, his breath, his every pulse, even the electrical neuron signal going to every part of his body and returning. He was so full of energy, that he was sure he could surpass to the next level of cultivation.
The aurora stopped, and so Darius stopped his cultivation. Feeling much better now, healed from his inner and outer injuries. now only in need of food, which he have to hunt himself. He headed downward in the direction of the rustling leaves, and came to the sight of a single tree on this deserted mountain. Still no moss, no algae, no grass, just a single tree. He was still thankful for this one, it was atleast the sign that the deserted area of upper half of the mountain has ended, and there is a chance of finding more life from here. He reached the tree. which was having black bark on the trunk and red leaves. He saw some kind of insect eating the leaves and bark, and some living inside the tree. He searched if there was any fruit or flower on it, but find none. Being extremely hungry, he took a chance of eating one leaf. it tasted like paper. He ingested and waited for any reaction if it is poisonous. When no reaction appeared he ate a handful of leaves, like some wild herbivorous animal in the wild. A handful were enough to fill his stomach for now, He put another handful in his pocket for later, and continued to move.
