The Destiny unveiled

Kael's words hung in the air, leaving Lyra feeling both thrilled and terrified.

"What destiny?" Lyra asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Kael's eyes gleamed with intensity. "You are the key to unlocking an ancient prophecy," Kael said. "A prophecy that foretells the coming of a great Shadowborn, one who will bring balance to the supernatural world."

Lyra's mind reeled as she tried to process Kael's words. A prophecy? An ancient prophecy?

"What does this have to do with me?" Lyra asked.

Kael's face was grim. "You are the chosen one, Lyra," Kael said. "You are the Shadowborn destined to fulfill this prophecy."

Lyra's eyes widened in shock. Chosen one? Destined to fulfill a prophecy?

Suddenly, Lyra felt a surge of energy coursing through her veins. She looked down and saw that her hands were glowing with a soft, ethereal light.

"What's happening to me?" Lyra asked, her voice trembling.

Kael's eyes gleamed with excitement. "Your powers are awakening, Lyra," Kael said. "You are becoming the Shadowborn you were meant to be."
