Chapter 8 Lucien vs the monster hunter

Lucien ended up kicking once more as he flew across the battlefield crashing throughput countless trees as he constantly coughed up mouthfuls of blood

"You dare, to kidnap my mother and sister yet you show this little ability!?"Lucien shook his head with disappointment written all over his face he took a single step forward vanishing by using flash step

He appeard besides the vampire with a causal expression on his face and without realising it his hair grew longer as horns grew from his forehead, and an ancient terrifying Aura spread throughout the battlefield

Lucien didn't realise that he once more turned into Izcacus, however he still saw himself as Lucien and 20% of him was Izcacus

" So tell me is there anything that you'd like to say?" Lucien stared at him with a calm smile with everything under his control.

The Vampire glared at Lucien with a weird ugly looking face after the countless slaps he had received from Lucien's shamelessness

"Y-you think you've won!? Don't be so naive!"The vampire room out a small bead and crushed it afterwards a spatial gate Appeared behind him and someone walked out

"Oh? A monster hunter?"Lucien had a hint of surprise on his face. The new foe was definitely more terrifying than the vampire

And there's also the fact that monster hunters had special weapons that suppressed specific types of monsters

For example one of the vampires strongest aspect was their ability to heal at an incredible speed, those monster hunters had a weapon to counter that making it hard for them to heal

" Lass seems like your life ends here " the monster hunter said as he opened his suitcase taking out a larger weird looking sniper rifle

"Lucien could have intervened as he took out his weapon but he chose not to his motto was

I'll let them power up all they want and prepare themselves once they are ready I'll beat them black and blue and show them who's their daddy!

"Your not going to attack?"the monster hunter was surprised normally thier opponents would attack first before they took their weapons out

It was because they knew that once the Monster hunters room out their weapons, the situation will be bad for them

So he was surprised that Lucien remained indifferent as he stared at the stars in the sky

"Hm? You done?" Lucien noticed that the vampire disappeared and he couldn't find him anywhere

"Yes I am now then any last words?" The monster hunter asked with a cold smile on his face

"I actually do, you hunt vampires and other super natural species correct? Why are you working with that vampire ?"Lucien asked as he stretched his arms lazily

" Where there is profit you'll find us there " the monster hunter didn't want to say much and Lucien didn't care if he did tell him or not

"The die!"Lucien vanished as he appeared behind the Monster hunter's back he slashed his Scythe down mercilessly only to hit an after image

"Eh?"Lucien foud out that the monster hunter teleported a few distance away as he pointed his sniper rifle towards Lucien as he stared at him through the scope of the sniper pulling the trigger a bullet pierced through Lucien's head sending him flying through multiple buildings

He finally coughed up blood for the first time with a hint of shock on his face as he touched the blood leaking off his forehead as if fell down towards the ground it started melting on the ground as if it was lava

"A p-pure blooded noble vampire!? Hahahaha!! I've struck gold " the monster hunter laughed loudly in excitement the purer the blood of a vampire is the more hot it is so he was surprised to see find a noble vampire in such a small city

" You have some nerve damaging my handsome face like this" Lucien's wound healed instantly as he spread his bat wings and flew towards the sky summoning 5 blood coloured swords which were blazing with killing intent

If he remembered correctly he had won this type of skill that summoned this swords back then when he was either transforming into a vampire or after he killed that monster hunter

Those swords we're indeed terrifying they caused the surrounding space to collapse, even the monster hunter frowned slightly at such a thing

"Crescent rain fall!"Lucien made up a completely different name for the skill he was about to use

Boom!

Those five sword's crashed apon the place that monster hunter was standing as shock waves spread throughout the battlefield, debris and trees got blasted away as the situation became chaotic he noticed a certain figure hiding almost the trees however his cover was blown off by the shockwaves of the crescent swords descend.

" No no no you can't run now " Lucien smirked like a devil as he used Flash step over and over to close the distance while the swords we're occupying the monster hunter

"L-let me go please we're both vampires have some sympathy!!" The vampire said with a terrified expression as he ran.

"Both vampire?" Lucien vanished and appeared infront of him Kicking the vampire on his face causing him to blast through trees while coughing up blood.

As he kept crashing through tree after tree Lucien used Flash step once more to teleport exactly where he was sent flying

He kicked the vampires chin causing his teeth to fly out with his jaw cracking his head flew upwards.

"If we were fellow vampires then why did you kidnap my mother and siste!?"Lucien got even more angry as he thought of how he saw blood leaking out of both his sister and mother's lips

He used Flash step once more appearing above him he stomped his face breaking his nose, and his face caved in with a boot imprint on his face he crashed towards the ground with a big bang breaking most of his bones.

"Sympathy? I use sympathy with people like you those who touch my loved ones will perish!"Lucien grabbed the vampires neck and lifted him upwards

"Mind manipulation!" Lucien used his mind controlling Abilify the vampire struggled for a couple of times before stopping as he gazed upon Lucien with emotionless eyes

"Why did you kidnap my family!?" Lucien asked as he started at the vampire coldly

"Because the leader told us that there's someone who awakened as a vampire and their blood is not bad, so I took action before the other ones in the shelter could do so.." the vampire answered with an emotionless voice

"So there will be more of you huh it doesn't matter tell me the location of this shelter" The vampire Told him where vampires shelter is and he crushed his neck killing him.
