Setting Up Chain of Command

Location: Conrad Hotel – Command Center

Thomas sat at the head of the command table inside Conrad Hotel's command center, staring at the live feed displayed on multiple monitors. The entire MOA Complex was now a fortress, filled with thousands of heavily armed soldiers, state-of-the-art military hardware, and defensive structures that made it nearly impenetrable.

But there was a problem.

Command and control.

His forces had grown too large.

At the start, he only had a few hundred troops—manageable through direct oversight. But now?

He commanded nearly 3,000 soldiers, engineers, medics, and specialists.

Every decision, every minor report, every tactical issue had to be routed directly to him.

It was unsustainable.

"I need an actual chain of command."
