In a tall building, big enough to be called a castle, a woman with her two children could be seen begging a man, the guards pushed her back, telling to back off, as she was begging, a dazzling white soul arrived in their world and went straight for the building.
As the woman continued begging, the man gave her a disgusted look, leaving her in the hallway
"Mom.." said one of the children with concern, while holding his sister's hand tightly
"Don't worry, ash–mommy will make everything good" the woman said, forcing smile on her face.
But unknown to them, ha-joon's soul arrived, waching them from above
"Woah! I really can see and hear things, while being in this form" said ha-joon in his soul form, and looked down noticing the woman and her children, but didn't give much thought into them, he tried to move as he was floating in the air and no one seemed to notice him, until he became aware that he can't move freely and there is something he is tied to that pulls him back
"What is wrong? Why am I not moving?" he said, confused, looking around him. Then he looked down again, this time focusing on the mother and her children. He couldn't get closer to them, nor could he reach them. That was when he realized the truth of what was happening there.
"Where is the boy I was going to take over? Where is this place, and who are these people?" Ha-Joon added, growing even more confused by the situation he found himself in. He had expected to arrive at the location where the MC's brother was to be killed and took over him, but instead, he found himself in an unfamiliar place surrounded by unknown people. He even thought that he had been deceived by the being.
"Nothing will happen, As long as mom lives?" The woman said to her children, while holding their hands and leading them toward their rooms. The girl's room came first, followed by the boy's room. When she reached the door, she pushed it open to enter the girl's room. The room was dark with no light, and the girl was frightened and hesitant to enter. The woman sensed her daughter's fear and stepped ahead, holding both of her hands and leading her inside while letting go of the boy. As they entered, they were concealed in the darkness, hidden from view. The boy immediately followed them into the room
Ha-joon, in his soul form, floating in the air, remained silent. As the mother continued to lead her children to their room, he stayed quiet, but his mind was racing. He thought to himself, "I know this feeling... I've seen something like this before, maybe a bit different, but I'm sure I've witnessed it. I remember the name of the novel, though I can't quite recall it. But I know the plot. The main character will die in his old world and reincarnate into a new one. However, when he is about to take over the body he's reincarnated into, the original owner of the body is still alive, fighting for his life. He will experience and witness the owner of the body die, but that doesn't mean he enjoys watching it happen
"Ha-joon, with his genius mind, connected all the dots and finally made sense of the situation. He discovered something as the mother and her children moved toward the girl's room. Floating in the air, he could only see their backs. The force that pulled him back whenever he tried to move was coming strongly from the boy, whose age seemed to be around 10 years old. Looking at the boy's back, Ha-joon pieced together the final puzzle. It was something he didn't want to consider as a solution, but given his current situation, it was the only thing that made sense: for him to reincarnate, the boy had to die.
It was something unhuman!
not good on his side, but he couldn't make a decision. He couldn't get any closer to the boy, not even if he tried. The force that stopped him from moving was clearly coming from behind the boy, but what puzzled him was that he couldn't get close to the boy at all, as if there was a barrier stopping him from doing so. It was as if he were trapped in the center of a circle, unable to move or break free.
When the mother and her children entered the room, Ha-Joon couldn't get closer due to the force, and he couldn't see or hear anything inside.
...
A little later, as he waited for the boy to move forward and enter the room, the force that had been holding him back finally loosened. The boy moved, and Ha-Joon gained the ability to enter the room.
Once inside, the light of the room became visible, though the person standing at the door will still see dark. At that moment, his eyes caught sight of blood.
The blood was flowing from the girl, the woman, and the boy who was above them. The woman was circling around the girl, while the boy rested his body above them lifelessly.
Immediately, Ha-Joon was pulled by the force, and lost consciousness.
...
He then woke up in the body of the boy, his eyes opening as he looked around, touching his neck, surprised to feel the spot where his neck had been severed. Then, he heard a voice inside him, and a blue holographic screen appeared in front of him. "Is this my cheat!?" Ha-Joon whispered to himself. Even though he saw the system and understood what it was like to reincarnate, Ha-Joon didn't feel good about any of it
But blamed himself.
If it hadn't been for him, this family would still be alive.
His body was frail, with his dark hair still visible, standing where he had been lying before. He could see the mother's body and the body of the girl who was his twin. Their dark hair indicated they came from the same lineage, but all he felt now was frustration, guilt, and anger, especially when he saw how they had died. Their throats had been slashed in the same way.
Finally, he turned his attention back to the system, staring at what had been sent to him.

"Slow down first" he said as his eyes followed the massages on the screen" recovery?" He added while touching his neck, he was shocked when he found out that it was healed completely," just look at this..magic really is something, how many humans will have been saved if magic existed on earth?" He said, still admiring how his neck back to normal,
He again began reading the messages on the screen, he got confused about the rare blood thing and asked
"System what's rare blood?"
---System---
To clarify, there are multiple blood types in this world due to the existence of vast and diverse races. Unlike Earth, this world is far larger, and the various races interbreed, leading to a wide variety of bloodlines. To simplify things for the host, the system has classified them as follows:
Lesser Tier
Rare Tier
Legendary Tier
Unique Tier.
"If there are many races, why did you only list 4 tiers?, wasn't it supposed to have many tiers"
ha-joon replied
---System---
You are correct to question the details. The system has assigned a specific ranking to each blood type within its respective tiers for clarity. Here is how the ranking works:
Lesser Tier Blood Types:
E, F, D, B, A, S
Rare Tier Blood Types:
E, F, D, B, A, S
Each tier has the same ranking system, but the blood type within each tier varies in power and rarity. The system has specifically arranged this for the host's convenience to ensure proper categorization and selection.
"So basically every tier has its own ranking, and each of them are strong, but can they be stronger than the s rank with rare type blood, if it's ranking is like lesser tier rank S?"
---System---
Ding!
The host's question is valid. To clarify:
Each tier is inherently superior to the one below it, regardless of the ranking within the tier.
For example:
Rare Tier Rank E blood is naturally stronger than Lesser Tier Rank S blood due to its higher tier.
The rankings within each tier (E, F, D, B, A, S) only determine the strength relative to other blood types within that same tier.
To summarize:
Tier > Rank.
A lower-tier blood type, even if Rank S, cannot surpass a higher-tier blood type, even if it's Rank E.
ha-joon expecting this answer carefully read the message, not missing anything, and a new question come to his mind—but his head began hurting, new memories began flowing in, it was the memories of the boy called ash,
Through the fragmented memories Ha-Joon had accessed, he discovered the name of this vast and complex world: Rodblue Planet. Unlike Earth, this planet was massive in size and brimming with mana since its very beginning—a fact known to many of its inhabitants. The presence of mana had shaped this world's history, culture, and its many races.
The planet was divided into domains, with each race occupying its own territory. Though these races co-existed, their unity was fragile, held together by one overarching purpose: to defeat the DEMON god. This shared goal was the only reason they hadn't completely annihilated one another, for trust between races was scarce
Legends spoke of the Demon God existing long before the emergence of humans, elves, or any other race. The Demon Race, said to be the firstborn of Rodblue Planet, claimed that the world's mana and beauty had diminished when the other races appeared, corrupting its purity. They blamed these newcomers for destroying their once-glorious world
However, another ancient race opposed the demons' narrative. The Dragons, revered as creatures of wisdom and power, declared themselves the true firstborn of the planet. According to their stories, it was their protection that gave the weaker races the courage to resist the demons and survive.
Over time, each race evolved and carved out its own strengths Demons: The progenitors of chaos and destruction Dragons: Guardians of the weak and masters of elemental power Titans: Giants who became synonymous with raw, brute strength Elves: Masters of the wind and spirit, attuned to the natural world Dwarves: Unrivaled blacksmiths, their creations standing as testaments to their ingenuity Humans: The adaptable race, borrowing bits of strength, magic, and strategy from all others. Though lacking a clear specialty, their potential and numbers made them a force to be reckoned with Demi-Humans: Hybrids of beasts and men, like the Catkin, Lionkin, and Foxkin, who came to represent the primal face of nature.
He even discovered the boy called ash was a prince and his sister Ariana was princess and their mother was maid who got pregnant at the king's children, and she got some status but everything fall apart when we siblings didn't get the same hair color as the king, but rather our mother's hair color and that's when hell began for as and for mother, the other wife's seen this as chance and did what ever they could possibly do to us and the king never looked at us even as mercy of being his children.
Ha-joon set down slowly, feeling little bit overwhelmed by the information he received at once and said" because of a damn hair color? You threw your children and wife? Tsk tsk! how could human be so disgusting"
He placed his hands on his head his expression was like a child who lost everything and soon will cry"but why is the time behind 1000 years from the novel!!?".
