It was a rainy day, and everywhere was cold and slippery, so everyone stayed indoors in a city called Jericho. The city was mostly occupied by traders and farmers, and it was a beautiful place where people lived peacefully alongside neighboring villages. They exported and imported goods from various places, making it the most prosperous city in the country.
However, since the death of the last king, Alkamar, peace in the kingdom had vanished due to the rule of the evil queen Elixir. Everything changed; men lost the rights they deserved and were treated as slaves, stripped of their freedom and control over their lives and properties. The profits from any trade conducted by men went to Queen Elixir.
This situation became a burden on the great city, causing many men to lose interest in trading or any form of work, leading to a lack of resources in the kingdom. As the queen noticed that many villagers were leaving and some had stopped trading altogether, she grew alarmed. In response, she began to keep the remaining men captive, forcing them to work as slaves in her castle.
Five years passed under the queen's oppressive rule, during which a prophecy emerged that a child would be born to destroy her. The news spread rapidly throughout the city, and when Queen Elixir heard of it, she became furious.
Meanwhile, an evil priestess supported Queen Elixir's malevolent actions. The prophecy plagued the queen, causing her sleepless nights, so she consulted the priestess to discuss what to do next. After explaining the situation, the priestess performed incantations to seek guidance from the gods. Ultimately, she received a solution: they must hunt down the child as soon as he is born. The chosen child would bear a tattoo on his right hand, and he must be sacrificed on the altar during half moonlight to nullify the prophecy.
