QUEST FOR THE BROTHER OF THE WIZARD

Alex started leaving in his mother's home town, the wizard took Alex to his late grandfather's land and told him everything he needed to know, they rested for some days before they began to plan for the escape of Alex mother.

The witch asked the wizard if he had a family or he was the only child of his parent, but the wizard started explaining in tears and he said "I only have a brother but we were torn apart because of greed" the wizard narrated his story to the witch and Alex and they felt sorry for him. After all which the wizard have said, the witch advised him to go look for his brother, she also told him that there is nothing like family and no mater what conspired between him and his brother they are still family, so the wizard told them that first cock crows in the morning they would start their journey in looking for his brother.

The three of them went in search for the wizard brother, they took their horses and left. They trekked for miles and started getting tired and they decided to stop buy a near by village, when they got there luckily for them there was a coming through their direction and when she came close Alex asked her politely "hello young lady, which road leads to a restaurant where we can eat and rest because we are traveling from far and we are already tired", she pointed towards a direction and they appreciated her.

When they got to the restaurant, they tied their horses to a mango tree in front of the restaurant and brought water for them to drink because they are already getting tired, after that they entered inside the restaurant and ordered what to eat. Firstly, when they entered the restaurant the place was filled up with suspicious faces and they were not comfortable inside, so they quickly ate their food and after eating they went to pay their bills.

When they got out to take there leave they were very shocked that they couldn't find their horses, they asked everyone around if they had seen there horses but it was pointless asking, after finding the horse for a long period of time… a thinking flashed in the mind of the wizard, that was when he turned to Alex and said "the prophecy started that the chosen one has the power to seek and find". But Alex tried but he couldn't they both told him to concentrate but he couldn't, so after countless times of trying he saw the vision in his head where the thief sat down behind the river bank. When he told the wizard and the witch he knows the location of the thief, at first they slightly believed but he told them he trusted his instincts that was when the wizard told him to lead the way.

The thief was throwing stones at the river when Alex and his colleagues came, as they got there they sat down in a friendly manner with him and asked him about the missing horse, when they mentioned about the horse he wanted to run away but Alex held him firmly. He started confessing that it wasn't his idea to still their horses, but Alex asked aggressively where is the horses and he said he can't tell them where the horses are that the Jack is going to kill him if he do so. Jack is one of the most feared men in the community, he usually do trades with many people in the village but he don't joke with his business, he is always surrounded by his apprentice and when he notices anyone trying to play tricks with him in his business…. He would kill the person without anyone saying a word, that made him so wild that no anyone that makes a deal with him will do it fairly.

So after a lot of persuasion from Alex and the wizard he took them to Jack, as soon as they got there he asked Jack to provide them the horses that has been sold to him but the thief, but he proved stubborn….. after all said and done he didn't listened to them then the witch said let's do this the easiest way without fighting, so she bent him to her will and commanded him to hand over the horse and he did as she commanded.

They didn't allowed the thief to escape they took him along when they went to Jack's store, after they took there horses back they went back to the same river bank where they caught the boy and sat down there, then the wizard asked him the reason he stole the horse and he said "my younger sister was taken forcefully but a man because of he gambled he gambled on loan and was unable to repay".

Although he later completed his payment after he sold the horses but he still held his sister captive, Alex and his companions decided to help…. when they got there the man was trying to take advantage of them but Alex stopped him, that was when the thief went ahead and grabbed his sister. The wizard and the witch didn't intervene in the fight so it was only Alex, although the man was heftier than him Alex made his way through and defeated him, that was when Alex warned him never to come close to the girl again and he nodded his head as a sign of agreement.
