Mrs. Brown nodded and smiled.
"That's not a problem at all. I'll keep an eye on them and make sure they get some rest. You go take care of your business, and don't worry about us."
Angelina smiled in relief.
"Thank you, Mrs. Brown. You're a lifesaver."
She stood up and gathered her things, preparing to head out.
"Mama where are you going! Bring us candy!" Yue and Zeyden shouted.
"Mama make sure you turn other ugly!" Zeyden shouted.
Angelina laughed and shook her head at her children's comments.
"I'm just going out to take care of some things, kids. I won't be gone too long. And I'll bring back some candy for you two, don't worry."
Yue and Zeyden cheered and jumped on the beds again.
"Yay, candy!"
Yue and Zeyden hugged their mother back, their little arms wrapping around her neck.
"We love you, Mama!" Yue said.
Zeyden nodded.
"Yeah, don't stay out too long!"
Angelina smiled and ruffled their hair.
"I love you too, you two. I'll be back soon."
Angelina walked down the hallway as she opened her phone she turned a corner and bumped into someone. Angelina looked down and saw papers. She looked her eyes widen what is Zeyden doing out here?
"Zey? Baby I will be back okay?" Angelina said sweetly to the boy Anderson who was only five years old. Of course Angelina was unaware of the fact this small boy wasn't her son. She touched Anderson cheek and she chuckled.
"Don't worry mama will bring you hot fudge cake, okay and play with your sister," Angelina said she didn't understand why her son was acting silly his eyes confused its most likely from the long flight. Angelina kissed and hugged the boy and she smiled.
"Go mama will fine," Angelina said and walked away. Anderson blinked and just stared he was a small boy who hated physical contact and always stayed away from others yet when that woman hugged him and kissed him he wanted to feel more of that warmth. He was a five year old boy without a mother.
Angelina walked away, leaving Anderson standing in the hallway, a little bewildered by the encounter. He had been sitting in the hallway, waiting for his father, when he had been approached by a beautiful woman who mistook him for her son.
Anderson was a shy and introverted child, and he didn't like interacting with strangers. But the woman had been so nice to him, and she had even promised him hot fudge cake. He couldn't help but feel a little excited at the prospect of getting a treat.
Anderson saw his father walking towards him and his eyes lit up. He ran over to his father, a smile on his face.
"Daddy!" he exclaimed, holding out his arms.
The powerful man smiled and picked up his son, holding him in his strong arms.
"Hey there, little one. What are you doing out here all alone?"
Anderson was an obedient child and quiet he wouldn't talk to strangers or even his closest family members the only person he truly talked was his father Lennox Zhekova. That day at 8:03 Anderson demanded for hot fudge cake he refused to listen to his father and the poor military guards and servants really didn't know what to do!
Lennox held his son in his arms, a mixture of amusement and annoyance on his face. "Hot fudge cake, huh? What's gotten into you today, son? You know you can't have cake this late at night."
Anderson pouted and tugged on his father's shirt.
"But I want cake! That lady said she would bring me some!"
Angelina was unaware of the chaos she made she was inside the taxi she was going to go and meet up a friend. Angelina took a deep breath and she crossed her arms she found that coming back she can't avoid her family forever but she did hate them in her heart. When Angelina came out of the taxi a woman waved at her it was Selena. Angelina saw her best friend Selena and a smile appeared on her face. It had been a long time since she had seen her friend, and she was glad to see her looking well.
"Selena!" Angelina called out, waving back.
Selena walked up to her friend and gave her a tight hug.
"Oh my god, Angelina! It's so good to see you! You look incredible!"
Angelina chuckled and hugged her friend back, feeling a wave of nostalgia wash over her.
"Thanks, Selena. It's good to see you too. It's been so long since we last saw each other," she said, pulling back from the hug.
Selena looked at her friend with a critical eye, taking in her appearance.
"Wow, you've changed so much. You're even more beautiful than before. And you look so confident and sophisticated now."
Both walked inside the restaurant.
"I haven't seen you for six years Selena so how is your movie and modeling career?" Angelina asked.
Selena smiled and sat down in a chair.
"My movie and modeling career is going great! I've been in a few big films and have done some magazine covers. It's been a busy few years, but I love what I do."
She looked at Angelina with a curious expression.
"But I'm more interested in what you've been up to these past six years. Where have you been all this time?"
"Well as you already know I have birth to triplets but my third child is missing since he was a baby, and yeah not exciting."
"But your weight?" Selena asked.
"Oh that I found out it was an affect of drug that my stepmother Victoria forced me to take, it took me along time to get my body back what it should been in the first place," Angelina said.
Selena looked at Angelina with a mix of surprise and concern.
"Wait, Victoria forced you to take drugs? That's horrible! I can't believe she would do something like that to you."
She shook her head.
"And I had no idea you had triplets. That must have been a shock, and I'm so sorry about your missing child. It's hard to imagine what you've been through."
Angelina shook her head she didn't care about the past.
"So what entertainment industry do you work for?" Angelina asked.
Selena smiled and perked up.
"I work for a big entertainment company. We produce movies, TV shows, and music. I've been in a few films, and I've done some modeling for some magazines."
She leaned forward and looked at Angelina with a mischievous smile.
"But I have a secret project that I've been working on. It's something that I think you'd be perfect for."
"Mmm what is it?" Angelina asked she wondered what kind of project her friend is doing.
Selena's smile widened.
"Well, it's a secret for now. But I can tell you that it's a big project, and it has the potential to be huge."
She leaned even closer and lowered her voice.
"But I can tell you one thing. It involves you and me working together."
Angelina raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
"Me and you working together? That sounds exciting. What kind of project is it?"
Selena smiled and shook her head.
"Sorry, I can't tell you just yet. It's still in the early stages, and we're keeping it under wraps for now. But trust me, it's going to be amazing. And I really want you to be a part of it."
