Chapter 8: Talking through sword clash
As another Mitachurls tries to sneak attack him again, he manages to dodge at the last minute and use Cyclone Fist to punch the Mitachurls towards the other Mitachurls that rush towards him.
Sekai: I can do this all day!!
When suddenly a fast blur appeared in front of him quickly taking out the three Mitachurls as Sekai quickly turned towards the Mitachurl that in front him, rushing towards with Cyclone Disc while the Mitachurls swung it axe but Sekai was faster than it as the Cyclone Disc reaches the monster first and slice it off in half.
As Sekai turned around and see a tall and slender man with pale skin, red eye and bright red hair, worn in ponytail that extend to his mid-back. His expression usually makes him appear stern. He wears a black dress shirt, a long white vest, and a black assort with red gem. Over this he dons a dark brown coat with golden trimming and tassels, ending with black fur-trims, while he had red gem with pyro motif attached to a belt, it settled upon his left thigh and he also wear cuff dark brown boots held by multiple buckles and a pair of black gloves white pals' side being red.
Both Sekai and the man was staring at each other until the red-haired man spoke to him.
???: Who are you?
Sekai: I could ask the same to you mister.
Then red-haired man summoned a Greatsword and point at him as he speaks again.
???: I thought you are my friend but to think you are Fatui, who sent you here?!!
Sekai: who are you really?! And what Fatui exactly!?
Without a second thought the red-haired man swung his Great sword towards Sekai, but he cast Cyclone Ball to shield him as he looked at the red-haired man and spoke.
Sekai: Hey?! What's the big idea?!
???: You're too loud, enough idle-chatter!
The red-haired man charge at Sekai, while Sekai continues to maintain his Cyclone Ball to block the slash come from unknown man.
Sekai: Damn it!! (What with all great sword user being unreasonable, there Eula and now this unknown red head!!, maybe my approach is wrong, if I not mistaken swordman have their own way to communicate, yeah… through sword clash, yeah that can work) Sekai Solar Power!
Suddenly bright light surround Sekai as red-haired man stop attacking to close his eye. When the light fades away, Infront of red-haired man stand Sekai with grey jacket with orange ascent, his pants grey with decorative orange pattern. Bright yellow pattern can be seen adorning most of his outfit. Sekai now wears light orange sunglass. Solar symbol can be seen at back of his Jacket.
Sekai: Solar Sword!
Sekai: Now I'm ready!!
As the red-haired man and Sekai began exchanging blow with their swords in great speed as sparks flies everywhere until the two engaged into blade lock trying to push each other back until they both managed to break free, then red-haired man weapon engulfed by flame while yellowish light come from Sekai Solar Sword, as their sword collide a powerful explosion with shockwave appears in front of them sending the two swordman flying on opposing direction. As Sekai and red-haired man managed to recover from blast, Sekai sent Mini Solar Blade Sword Shot towards red-haired man who manage to dodge it as Sekai continue to spam Solar Blade Sword Shot as the red-haired man keeps dodging then he makes a leap towards Sekai and perform over slash at him but Sekai uses Solar Leap to side as he jump towards red-haired man and tries to slash him, but he manages to block with his great sword pushing Sekai back.
???: I got to admit you strong for a Fatui.
Sekai: For the last time mister… I'm not Fatui and I don't even know what Fatui is!!
???: Really, you look like one though and that used of 'delusion' give you away, a unique one at that.
Sekai got more and more question during his interaction with red-haired man. But know now not time for it. The two swordman stare intensely on each other with their sword up when suddenly another ice blast shoot at them forcing to doge and deflect the incoming attack.
Sekai: Tch, them again!
???: Hmph, look like it.
The two draws out their blade and aimed towards their enemies while being side as they were getting surround them. Sekai spoke towards red-haired swordsman.
Sekai: You better not stab me in the back.
???: Hmph. That my line you brat.
Sekai: (being called brat by someone younger than you make it sound like a praise, I mean counting my past life I'm older than him though, yeah maybe I just look younger, praise Rock Lee for the power of Youth) Thanks for the praise old man.
???: Hah?!
The Abyss mage commanded the Mitachurls to charge towards two swordsmen. Sekai and red-haired man rushed towards them and began hack 'n' Slash them reducing their number rapidly.
The Abyss mage tries to lunch another ice blast at them but Sekai counter with Solar Blade Shot destroying Abyss mage's barrier as both swordman rush towards mage from opposite direction as they swung their blade the same time creating a cross slash killing the Abyss mage instantly.
???: Heh, not bad you're better than I thought.
Sekai: Ha… Thanks, I guess…
He said with confuse face when he realizes something that Eula was still on the other of the ice wall, he needs to quickly help her as he Solar Leap toward the ice wall and slash it but didn't break. As he clicks his tongue in annoyance he turns towards the red-haired sword wielder for help.
Sekai: Hey mister! I know this is out of blue but I—Huh?!
As he turned around, he finds out that red-haired man was gone as Sekai blinked for a few times before snapping out of his trance.
Sekai: Yup, that out of window.
Meanwhile with Eula she had already having trouble to keep up with them do of her being overwhelmed, she currently on her knee while still gripping at her claymore but she was notable exhausted from fighting them.
As the two Abyss Mages summoned more Hilichurls along with Mitachurls as they were walking towards too exhausted knight who was gritting her teeth in anger and frustration.
Meanwhile back to Sekai as he did his best to break the ice even using multiple Solar Beam Strike only make a small dent on it. He considers using Solar Eclipse Attack, even maybe using Multifold Solar Eclipse Attack but know that attack will not only destroy his enemy but also Eula along the way and even the dungeon may get destroy. He getting more pissed and worried Eula can't last much longer on the side.
Sekai: Damnit! I need to do something but what?!
He said in frustration as he keeps looking everywhere for something until, he looked down to his Solar Blade.
Sekai: If I create sword slash so fast while traveling using Solar leap, and instead using Solar Blade Shot, I can just use Blade Slash creating Solar Blade Slash… then I can replicate Odin most powerful attack, I can replicate it easily if I have Thunderstorm element, but hey can only do with what I have, I guess… *sigh*
As Sekai began charging his Solar Sword with more solar energy around it, he dashes towards ice wall with Solar Leap and start to do multiple Solar Blade Slash along his path.
Sekai: Zentetsuken…
The ice wall shattered in pieces along with all the enemies that were surrounding Eula, who was still in shocked as all enemies that down with sword slash from Solar Sword as he watches Sekai walking while smiling toward her.
Sekai: Sorry, I'm late.
He said towards Eula who remain shock. As soon Sekai reached out his hand to her, snapping her out of trance.
Sekai: Care for a lift?
He said to her with a smile while at the same time his jacket returned back to normal color. Eula takes his hand and got up to him while averting her gaze from Sekai.
Eula: *blushing* Thanks, but I can manage on my o—
When suddenly Eula loses her balance, but Sekai catches her on time making the Blue-haired Knight blushed even more. Then Sekai carried Eula into piggyback ride as Sekai begun walking while carrying Eula on his back while getting hit on the head by Eula.
Eula: *blushing* unhand me, you dog!
Sekai: Ow! Ow! Hey stop that! Ow!
Eula: *blushing* I can walk on my own, idiot!
Sekai: I'm just helping you! Ow! You don't have enough! Ow! Will you stop hitting me!
As Eula finally stop hitting him and agreed for Sekai carried her while she was still blushing.
Sekai: *sigh* Geez, you really are unreasonable.
Eula: *blushing* Hmph idiot.
The two knights finally got out of temple and report back to Acting Grandmaster Jean. Jean Inform them that Aether and the others has already clear the other two temple, Eula was taken to infirmary for recovery while Sekai currently outside of Knight of Favonius headquarter still thinking about his encounter with red-haired swordsman. He feels like he sees him from somewhere.
