Side Story-Kaito's Raven Pal

Left in solitude of a girl's bedroom Kaito's eyes were focused on the raven. The raven continued staring at Kaito, and pecking a nearby pen with curiosity. Kaito leaned back in his chair, and exhaled all the air from his body.

"Must be nice being able to do whatever you want" Kaito said to himself.

The raven is oblivious to Kaito's internal monologue and continued staring at him.

"So like, are you tamed or are you some sorta bio-mechanical bird?" Kaito asked

He began reaching out to touch the birds wing, but his hand was quickly pecked by the bird.

"Ah!" Kaito exclaimed as he quickly retracted his hand.

"Geez, OK… I get it, you don't like to be touched" Kaito added on.

Kaito continued staring at the raven which has assumed a defense stance. Kaito sensed the weary bird's stance and impending danger.

"OK birdie, let's avoid any sort of conflict, let's just talk it out" Kaito said in a calming voice while slowly backing away.

The raven cawed, and suddenly it began flapping it wings, and intending to attack Kaito. Kaito quickly stood from his chair and attempted to outrun the raven around the room.

"I hate birds!" Kaito exclaimed.

The raven continued chasing after Kaito, barely landing pecks and scratches on Kaito's flesh. Kaito continued running around the room swiftly outmanuevering the bird. His eyes darted at a nearby fencing sword on the wall, and he attempted to reach out for it, but sadly the raven was two steps ahead and used the opportunity to attack Kaito landing a few more scratches.

Kaito left the sword, and aimed his sights on the window. He quickly ran towards the window and the raven followed suit. With no further thoughts he leaped out the window and the raven followed suit. Luckily for Kaito he hung right by the windowsill, and the raven flew off.

Moments later, Sakura entered the her room and discovered feathers all over the room, and ruined bed sheets. Her anger slowly rised but her thoughts were interrupted by Kaito's yelps.

"Hey, I kinda need help here"

Sakura approached the windowsill, and gazed upon Kaito's dangling form.

"I would ask what happened, but I'd rather let you dangle here as punishment" Sakura said coldly.

"Uhm, can I atleast get help?" Kaito requested.

Sakura gazed upon a textbook on her bed, she quickly approached the book and returned back to Kaito. Sakura had a cold smirk on her face as she opened her book and she flipped through the pages.

"I'll help you, if you answer these questions correctly"

"Damn it" Kaito muttered under his breath.
