The silent takeover

On the second day at work, Sarafina forced herself into the company,The first person she saw was Caleb at yhe elevator she ran away and use the stairs instead because she didn't want to yalk about anything to him.She tried her best to ignore him, but she can't since his table directly opposite hers.

He attempted to communicate with her, but she ignored him, focusing on checking information about stock holding.

Then, Solana rushed beside her and shouted, "Why didn't you pick up my calls or reply to my messages?"

Sarafina looked at her with slight disgust but tried to keep her anger in check. She attempted to excuse herself, but Solana caught her hand, pressing for an answer. Eventually, she agreed to meet for lunch, thinking that if she truly wanted to separate herself from Solana, she needed to take it step by step.

Later in the day, she submitted a meal proposal to her boss, Mr. Yung. However, he rejected it, stating it wasn't creative enough. Sarafina remained silent, remembering that in her past life, he had also rejected it.

She remembered solana resubmitted the proposal with no changes, and this time, he appreciated it. That was when she realized Mr. Yung was only trying to take advantage of her ideas.

As she sat in deep thought, she barely noticed her co-workers whispering around her. Then, suddenly, Mr. Yung's loud voice echoed across the office as he yelled, shouting at everyone.

Mr. Yung continued, his tone sharp. "Your proposal sucks. Does this even make sense? If your proposal isn't perfect, no one will want to spend money on it."

Sarafina clenched her fists but remained silent. She glanced at Mr. Yung's work—it was a mess. He had made countless mistakes, was utterly incompetent, and had never appreciated others' efforts.

When he noticed her staring, he snapped, "What are you thinking about?"

She met his gaze and calmly replied, "I'll check the problem and fix it."

Satisfied, he handed her the report. "Good. Fix it and bring it back."

Back in her office, she tried to focus, but Caleb was still desperately trying to talk to her. When she continued ignoring him, he sent her a message:

"I had to sell my stocks."

A second message followed.

"Why aren't you responding to my messages?"

Her heart pounded as she read his words. He had sold a huge amount of stock—just to repay her. But that wasn't all. He had also bought TFC at a lower rate.

Then, a realization hit her like a bolt of lightning. She remembered that in her past life that the TFU stocks were the ones the CEO had ruined. The board had been dismissed, and the stock value had fallen.

And now she remembered—she had bought a huge amount of the stocks Caleb had sold.

And he had bought TFC!
